Claims (11)

1. Fermeture en matière plastique composée d'une partie inférieure comprenant une ouverture de déversement qui est disposée dans celle-ci et d'un capuchon qui est relié à la partie inférieure par une charnière en forme de pellicule, la fermeture étant posée directement ou avec interposition d'une pièce intermédiaire sur un goulot de récipient qui est fermé par une membrane ou une feuille (6,60,601) pouvant être percée, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins une partie de la fermeture, grâce à des moyens de protection, est maintenue par rapport au bord supérieur du goulot du récipient dans une position supérieure de garantie, et que c'est seulement après l'enlèvement ou la rupture des moyens de protection (44, 204, 403) qu'elle peut être amenée dans une position d'utilisation plus basse, et par le fait que sont disposés sur la partie inférieure ou sur la pièce intermédiaire (2, 20) des moyens pour découper (208, 209) ou pour percer (43, 201) la membrane ou la feuille (6, 60, 601) qui ferme le goulot du récipient.
2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la fermeture peut être amenée de la position de garantie à la position d'utilisation à l'aide d'un filetage disposé sur la partie inférieure, et par le fait qu'une bande d'inviolabilité (204, 205) pouvant être déchirée ou détachée à force est disposée sur la partie inférieure pour coopérer avec une partie à cliquets (505) qui est disposée sur le goulot du récipient et qui rend impossible le dévissage de la fermeture aussi longtemps que la bande d'inviolabilité est reliée à la partie inférieure (figure 4).
3: Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est maintenue dans une posi- fion supérieure de garantie et dans une position d'utilisation à l'aide d'organes de blocage (202, 402, 503) qui sont disposés sur le goulot du récipient ou sur la pièce intermédiaire et sur le côté intérieur de la partie inférieure, et qui sont entre eux en liaison de coopération, les organes de blocage permettant de pousser axialement la fermeture dans la position de garantie et la position d'utilisation, mais empêchant de la retirer, et la position de garantie étant protégée par une bande d'inviolabilité (204, 403) qui peut être déchirée ou détachée à force et qui est située sur la partie inférieure ou sur la pièce intermédiaire.
4. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le récipient est fermé par une membrane (405) formée d'un seul tenant avec la pièce intermédiaire (400).
5. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le récipient est fermé par une feuille (6, 60) qui est posée directement sur le goulot du récipient.
6. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le goulot du récipient est fermé par une pièce intermédiaire annulaire (40) qui est munie d'une feuille (60).

8. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens pour découper la feuille (60) comprennent une dent coupante (208) dont la pointe (208) découpe la feuille et dont le flanc (209) déplace celle-ci radialement vers l'extérieur.
9. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce intermédiaire (4) est munie d'un dispositif de découpage (43) pouvant être actionné par un poinçon creux (21) qui se raccorde à l'ouverture de déversement.
10. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce intermédiaire (40) présente une ouverture centrale dont le diamètre correspond au diamètre du poinçon (201).
11. Fermeture selon les revendications 5 et 8, caractérisée par le fait que la membrane (405) de la pièce intermédiaire (400) comporte des lignes d'affaiblissement (406).
