Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、突き刺し可能なダイアフラムあるいはフィル
ムによって直接あるいは間接的に閉鎖されている容器首
部に直接あるいは間接的に被せるための合成樹脂製蓋に
関する。かかるフィルムあるいはダイアフラムは最終需
要者に対して、容器の内容物が供給者が詰めたものであ
ることを保証する。更にそれは、空気を完全に隔離する
ことによって、充填された製品の酸化が行われないよう
にする。
〔従来の技術〕
容器首部の上に被せられるキャップを持った単純な蓋は
既に知られている。そのキャップの下側には手あるいは
補助具で突き刺せるフィルムがある。かかる蓋は、最終
需要者の再検査なしには、内容物が無傷であることを保
証できない。その゛ためにはじめにキャップを外してみ
なければならない。
最初のねじ込みが阻止されているねじ込み蓋は大きな安
全性を有している。かかるねじ込み蓋は既に知られてい
る。それによってキャップは簡単にねじ込みできず、容
器首部にラッチ状に接続ざれている封印シールを備えて
いる。これによって蓋キャップのねじ込みは、封印シー
ルが無傷の間は阻止される。封印シールが破断され除去
されてはじめて、キャップはねじ込める。かかる蓋は例
えばドイツ連邦共和国特許第２４５６９３１号、同第２
９０４１８１号、同第２９２３３７９号、同第２９５２
７７９号および同第３２０２２２６号公報に記載されて
いる。
更に改善された蓋がヨーロッパ特許第 ００５０４９０号に記載されている。封印シールが除去
された後、キャップはねじ込みでき、その場合容器首部
の切り離し可能な上側部分の縁の下側をつかんでいる。
キャップを始めてねじ込む際に、キャップは切り離し可
能な部分を容器首部から引き裂く。
容器首部の無傷に対する安全性を高めるための従来公知
のすべての方式は、使用の際に所望の快適性と矛盾して
いる。容器内容物を使用する場合、その都度キャップは
ねじ戻して外し、その後頁びねじ込まれねばならない。
その場合外されたキャップが消失してしまい、容器を再
び閉鎖できなくなり、内容物が腐敗したりその品質が低
下してしまう危険がある。
（発明が解決しようどする問題点） 本発明の目的は、内容物がダイアフラムあるいはフィル
ムによって無傷に対して保証される容器に用いられる容
器蓋を作ることにある。更にその蓋が使用し易く、単純
なねじ込みキャップの代わりに、ヒンジ付の消失しない
キャップによって閉鎖できる出口開口を有するようにし
ようとするものである。また取り扱いをできるだけ簡単
にし、詳しい使用説明書を不要とするものである。
〔問題点の解決手段〕
本発明の目的は、特許請求の範囲第１項の特徴部分に記
載した手段よって達成できる。
蓋は原理的に、２つの位置をとらねばならず、即ち容器
首部に関して、フィルムあるいはダイアフラムが無傷で
ある高い位置と、フィルムあるいはダイアフラムが突き
刺されるか破られた低い位置をとらねばならない。これ
ら両方の位置は以下において“保証位置”および“使用
位置”と呼ぶ。
本発明は２つの変形例を特徴する特許請求の範囲第２項
において、ねじ込み作用によって保証位置から（封印シ
ールの引き裂きあるいは破断後に）使用位置に置く蓋を
特徴する特許請求の範囲第３項において、軸方向の変位
あるいは衝撃によって（同様に封印シールの引き裂きあ
るいは破Ｉｉ後に）保証位置から使用位置に置く蓋を提
案する。
〔実施例〕
以下図面に示した実施例を参照して本発明の詳細な説明
する。
第１図、第１ａ図および第１ｂ図は、それ自体公知のフ
ィルムヒンジ３で互いに接続されているキャップ１と蓋
上側部分２とを持ったねじ込み可能な合成樹脂製蓋を示
している。この本来の蓋は容器５に直接でなく環状の中
間部＄４４を介して接続されている。中間部材４は雌ね
じ４１および雄ねじ４２を有し、雌ねじ４１で容器５１
に固定されている。中間部材４の雄ねじ４２に本来の蓋
１゜２．３がねじ込まれている。容器首部５１の上縁と
中間部材４との間にフィルム６が設けられており、この
フィルム６は容器首部の縁および場合によっては補助的
に中間部材４に、封印、溶着あるいは貼着されている。
中間部材４は、第１図における保証位置においてフィル
ム６の上側に位置する開放装置４３を備えている。蓋が
保証位置から第１ａ図にＪ３ける使用位置に置かれる場
合、中空突き棒２１は開放縁４３を作動し、これをフィ
ルム６を切断して押しのけた第１ａ図に示した位置４３
に置く。
蓋上側部分２は上述したように、出口開口２２に続いて
いる中空突き棒２１を備えている。第１ａ図におｉノる
使用位置において、環状突起２３は中間部材４の上に接
し、中間部材４に関して蓋の正確な位置を決める。キ１
？ツブ１は、それが閉じた状態において出口開口２２を
ｒ′ｊＩ鎖する開鎖リング１１を備えている。
蓋が簡単に保証位置（第１図の位置）から使用位置（第
１ａ図の位置）に胃かれないようにするために、中間部
材４に封印シール４４が設けられ、設定破断接合目４５
で接続されている。封印シール４４は内側面にラッチ状
歯４６を備えており、この歯４６は容器首部の下側部分
に設けられている対応した歯５２とかみ合っている。こ
れによって蓋がその封印位置から簡単にねじられること
を阻止する。
封印シール４４にはつかみ部片４７が設けられており、
この部片４７によって封印シール４４は中間部材４から
引き裂かれる。封印シールを引き裂いてはじめて、蓋を
その封印位置から使用位置までねじ込むことができる。
第２図、第２ａ図および第２ｂ図は類似した蓋を示して
いるが、これは第１図における蓋と原理的に、軸方向の
変位あるいは衝撃によって第１図の保証位置から第１ａ
図における使用位置に置かれる点が異なっている。別の
相違点は、フィルム６０が出口開口２０２に続いている
中空ピン２０１によって突き扱かれ、第２ａ図に示した
位置６０１に置かれる点にある。中間部材４０は容器首
部５０１の上にねじ込みでなく、押し込まれている。中
間部材はその外側面にねじを有しておらず、第５図に拡
大して示されているように、互いに平行な２つの係止突
状４０２を有している。
これらの係止突条４０２の間隔は、保証位置と使用位置
との間の間隔を決定する。着下側部分２０の内部に係止
突起２０２が設けられており（第３図も参照）、この突
起２０２は芥１０，２０゜３０の位置に応じて上側ない
し下側の突条の後ろに係合する。保証位置を保証するた
めに、ここでは封印シール４０３が中間部材４０に設（
プられており、設定破断接合部４０４によって接続され
ている。第１図における封印シールと異なって、ラッチ
状の回転阻止装置は不要である。保証位置にある蓋は回
転できるが取り外せない。容器首部に続いている容器部
分を相応した形状にすることによって、使用位置に移動
する際、封印シールは自動的に切り離される。その代わ
りに引き裂き装置を備えることもできる。
第２図における蓋は、従って矢印への方向に圧））を加
えることによって、第２図における保証位置から第２ａ
図における使用位置に置かれる。このために打撃ないし
衝撃で済ませる。その場合封印シール４０３がそこから
引き裂かれ、いままで上側突条４０２の下側に係合して
いた係止突起２０２が下側突条４０２の下側に係合する
。着下側部分２０の下側面にある環状突起２０３がスト
ッパとして用いられる。
第３図から第５図は別の実施例を示している。
第３図は下側に、平行に延びている係止り゛レグ５０３
が直接成形されている容器首部５０２を示している。こ
の首部５０２の上側縁にフィルム６０が設けられており
、このフィルム６ｏで容器の内容物が権能なしに取り扱
われることを防止する。これによって特別な中間部材は
不要となる。
これに対して着下側部分２０に封印シール２０４が設け
られねばならない。この封印シール２０４は設定破断接
合部２０５によって着下側部分２０の下側縁に接合され
ている。その配置構造および機能は第２図、第２ａ図お
よび第２ｂ図における蓋に相応している。
第４図はねじ込み形の蓋を示している。容器首部は雄ね
じ５０４およびそれに続くラッチ歯５０５を有している
。容器首部の上側縁は貼着あるいは溶着されたダイアフ
ラム６０を備えている。
着下側部分２０の下側縁は引き裂き舌片２０６付の封印
シール２０４を備えている。
着下側部分２０は、容器首部における雄ねじ５０４に対
応した雌ねじ２０７を備えている。着下側部分２０の容
器首部側の下側面に、切断用尖端２０８が設けられてお
り、これはすきの刃のように作用する前縁２０９に移行
している。（封印シールを除去した後）使用位置にねじ
込む際、まず尖端２０８がダイアフラム６０を切断、所
定の深さに到達するともはや切断せず、前縁２０９が部
分的に環状に切断されたダイアフラム６０を内側に押圧
する。しかしダイアフラムのゆるんだ部分が容器の中に
到達する危険はない。
第５図は、対応した寸法において第２図における中間部
材４０と交換できる中間部材４００を示している。これ
は第２図の中間部材とは、別個のフィルムに対する代わ
りとして中間部材の上側部分が、突き刺し可能なダイア
フラム４０５を形成するような薄さで形成されている点
で相違している。補助的にこのダイアフラムには星形に
配置された弱点線４０６も設けられている。容器首部の
上に確実にはめ込むために、容器首部は環状膨出部５０
６を備えており、中間部材４００の内側壁は環状膨出部
４０７を有している。
蓋が保証位置にある間においてキャップ１゜１０の開放
を阻止する保持装置は、本発明の理解を容易にするため
に図示されていない。かかる保持装置がない状態におい
て、キレツブを開放し、フィルムあるいはダイアフラム
を出口開口を通して突き刺せる。
かかる保持装置は補助的な封印シールの形にもできるが
、これは煩雑となる。スイス特許にはこの問題の解決策
が示されており、この場合、キャップを保証位置に封鎖
し、蓋が使用位置に置かれる場合に自動的に蓋下側部分
から釈放されるフックがキャップに形成されている。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、突き刺し可能なダイアフラムあるいはフィルム（６
    、６０、６０１）によつて直接あるいは間接的に閉鎖さ
    れている容器首部に直接あるいは間接的に被せるための
    合成樹脂製蓋において、蓋が出口開口（２２）を持った
    部分（２、２０）と、前記出口開口（２２）を閉鎖する
    部分（１、１０）とを有し、蓋の少なくとも一部が、保
    証装置によつて容器首部の上側縁に関して上側の保証位
    置に保持され、保証装置（４４、２０４、４０３）を除
    去あるいは破断した後ではじめて低い使用位置に置かれ
    、蓋の一方の部分（１、２、１０、２０）に、容器首部
    を閉鎖するダイアフラムあるいはフィルム（６、６０、
    ６０１）を切り裂く（２０８、２０９）かあるいは間接
    的（４３）ないし直接的（２０１）に突き刺すための装
    置が配置されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製蓋。 ２、突き刺し可能なダイアフラムあるいはフィルム（６
    、６０、６０１）によつて直接あるいは間接的に閉鎖さ
    れている容器首部に直接あるいは間接的に被せるための
    合成樹脂製蓋において、蓋が出口開口（２２）を持った
    蓋下側部分（２、２０）と、この蓋下側部分にヒンジ（
    ３、３０）によって接続され閉鎖状態において出口開口
    を閉鎖するキャップ（１、１０）とを有し、蓋が保証装
    置によつて容器首部の上側縁に関して上側の保証位置に
    保持され、保証装置（４４、２０４、４０３）を除去あ
    るいは破断した後ではじめて低い使用位置に置かれ、容
    器首部（５１、５０１）の側の蓋下側部分（２、２０）
    の下側面に、容器首部を閉鎖するダイアフラムあるいは
    フィルム（６、６０、６０１）を切り裂く（２０８、２
    ０９）かあるいは間接的（４３）ないし直接的（２０１
    ）に突き刺すための装置が配置されていることを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ３、蓋が、直接（５０４）あるいは間接的（４２）に容
    器首部（５０１、５１）に設けられた雄ねじおよび蓋下
    側部分（２０）に設けられた雌ねじ（２０７）によって
    、保証位置から使用位置に置かれ、引き裂きあるいは破
    断可能な封印シール（２０４、２０５）が蓋下側部分に
    配置され、容器首部に直接あるいは間接的に配置された
    ラッチ部分（５０５）と協働し、このラッチ部分（５０
    ５）が、封印シールが蓋下側部分に接続されている間、
    蓋がねじられないようにすることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ４、蓋が、蓋下側部分の内側面および容器首部に直接あ
    るいは間接的に設けられた互いに作用的に接続された係
    止装置（２０２、４０２、５０３）によつて、上側の保
    証位置および使用位置に保持され、この係止装置が蓋の
    保証位置および使用位置への軸方向の移動を可能にし、
    その場合保証位置が引き裂きあるいは破断可能な封印シ
    ール（２０４、４０３）によって保持されることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ５、容器が、中間部材（４００）と一体に形成されたダ
    イアフラム（４０５）によつて閉鎖されていることを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ６、容器が、容器首部に直接設けられたフィルム（６、
    ６０）によつて閉鎖されていることを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ７、容器首部が、フィルム（６０）を備えた環状の中間
    部材（４０）によって間接的に閉鎖されていることを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ８、フィルム（６０）を突き刺す装置が、出口開口に続
    く中空ピン（２０１）を有していることを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 ９、フィルム（６０）を突き刺す装置が切断刃（２０８
    ）を有し、その尖端（２０８）がフィルムを切断し、前
    縁（２０９）がそれを半径方向外側に押しのけることを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第３項記載の合成樹脂製蓋。 １０、中空部材（４）が、出口開口に続く中空突き棒（
    ２１）によって作動される切断装置（４３）を備えてい
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第７項記載の合成樹
    脂製蓋。 １１、中間部材（４０）が中央開口を有し、その直径が
    ピン（２０１）の直径に対応していることを特徴とする
