Bouchon ou fermeture de garantie à charnière pour des bouteilles et des récipients scellés par une feuille souple suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de perçage (6) est constitué par un élément déformable bombé (22), disposé dans le couvercle (5) à capuchon, cependant que cet élément déformable (22) dépasse sur l'embase (1) - en position de départ - vers l'extérieur et/ou le haut, qu'il peut être appuyée par une déformation soudaine dans une position dépassant vers l'intérieur et/ou vers le bas et qu'il comporte sur sa surface intérieure une pointe de perçage (24), centrée et dépassant vers le bas.
  3. Bouchon ou fermeture de garantie à charnière pour des bouteilles et des récipients scellés par une feuille souple suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (2) de couvercle comprend un bouton-poussoir (8), comportant un taquet (10) s'écartant vers le bas et un bourrelet saillant (11) périphérique, cependant que le bouton-poussoir (8) est intégré dans le capuchon (2) de couvercle, qu'il y est maintenu par un certain nombre et pontets (9) de matière, qu'au moment de la première fermeture par pivotement du capuchon (2) de couvercle le taquet (10) s'encrante de manière irréversible sur l'embase (1) du bouchon, derrière des bourrelets (13), disposés sur les pièces de serrage (12), disposées elles-mêmes sur l'élément déformable bombé (22), et que le capuchon (2) de couvercle appartenant, par une charnière, à cette embase (1) ne puisse ensuite être ouvert par pivotement qu'en combinaison avec une rupture des pontets (9) de matière, de sorte que ceux-ci agissent comme des moyens de garantie pour une première ouverture.
  4. Bouchon ou fermeture de garantie à charnière pour des bouteilles et des récipients scellés par une feuille souple suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pointe de perçage (24) est renforcée sur la surface inférieure de l'élément déformable bombé (22) au moyen de nervures radiales (25), pour qu'un trou percé par la pointe de perçage (24) soit maintenu ouvert.
  5. Bouchon ou fermeture de garantie à charnière pour des bouteilles et des récipients scellés par une feuille souple suivant une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément déformable bombé (22) est équipé, sur sa surface inférieure, de nervures de stabilisation (29) en spirale, qui sont destinées à agir a comme auxiliaires d'écoulement pour l'injection de l'élément déformable bombé.
  6. Bouchon ou fermeture de garantie à charnière pour des bouteilles et des récipients scellés par une feuille souple suivant une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément déformable bombé (22), disposé dans le couvercle (5) à capuchon, débouche dans un enfoncement (21) pratiqué dans ce couvercle (5) et débouche dans l'embouchure (20) de la tubulure verseuse (4).
