Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture remplissable muni d'un bouton-poussoir permettant de le vider, composé d'un capuchon de fermeture pouvant être vissé sur l'embout fileté d'un récipient et formant à l'intérieur un dôme (3) qui est fermé au niveau de son bord inférieur sur tout le diamètre intérieur du dôme (3) à cet endroit par un disque composite (5) le recouvrant. Le disque composite (5) peut être percé ou coupé de l'intérieur du dôme (3) du fait qu'à l'intérieur du dôme est agencé au niveau de son sommet un dispositif d'ouverture (2) qui forme quatre bras (9) partant radialement de son centre et munis chacun d'un organe de perçage orienté vers le bas. L'organe de perçage et de coupe est composé de quatre bras (9) munis de pointes de perçage (23) et de dents (10) en saillie vers le bas qui aboutissent juste au-dessus du disque composite (5) scellé. L'organe de perçage et de coupe est entièrement comprimé par le disque composite (5) sous l'effet de faibles pressions et donc de déformations du dôme (3). Le disque composite (5) est tout d'abord percé en quatre points par les pointes de perçage (23) puis coupé de manière nette et maîtrisée par les dents radialement contre le centre, après quoi le disque composite est maintenu ouvert.
