Abstract

"FECHAMENTO ARTICULADO DE GARANTIA PARA FRASCOS E RECIPIENTES DE CONTEúDO FLUìVEL VEDADOS COM FILME". A invenção refere-se a um fechamento articulado de garantia projetado para frascos e recipientes de conteúdo fluível vedados com filme. Este compreende uma parte inferior como cobertura (1) com uma rosca interna (16) a qual está fechada sobre sua cobertura de tampa (5) com a exceção de um bico de vazamento (4) menor do que a metade do diâmetro da rosca interna (16) da cobertura de tampa (5). Uma tampa de cobertura (2) está integralmente formada nesta parte inferior (1) através de uma articulação (3), com uma luva (7) formada nesta tampa de cobertura a qual na posição fechada abrange o bico de vazamento (4). A cobertura de tampa (5) da parte inferior (1) fora do bico de vazamento (4) inclui um meio de perfuração (6) com um pino de perfuração (24). O meio de perfuração (6) pode ser empurrado de uma posição inicial superior através de uma deformação de mola para uma posição final inferior. A tampa de cobertura (2) contém um botão de empurrar (8) para acionar o meio de perfuração (6). O botão de empurrar (8) está conectado na tampa de cobertura (2) através de pontes de material (9) as quais atuam como locais de rompimento. Na abertura do fechamento pela primeira vez o botão de empurrar (8) permanece preso na parte inferior (1) e com este portanto o meio de perfuração (6) pode ser pressionado para baixo, por meio de que a ponta de perfuração (24) abre o filme de vedação.
