Abstract

Eine Bürste zum Applizieren von Haarfärbemittel mit parallel zu ihrer Längsachse (8) verlaufenden Reihen (3) von etwa radial in Bezug auf die Längsachse ausgerichteten Borstenbündeln (4) läßt sich gut durch das zu behandelnde Haar führen und nimmt eine für die bequeme Handhabung hinreichende Menge von Färbemittel auf, wenn die Borsten jedes Bündels (4) effiliert und gespreizt sind und wenn eine aus kammähnlichen Zinken (6) bestehende Mittelreihe (5) vorgesehen wird.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bürste zum Applizieren von Haarfärbemittel mit parallel zu einer Bürstenlängsachse verlaufenden Reihen von etwa radial in Bezug auf die Längsachse ausgerichteten Borstenbündeln.
  • Zum Auftragen von Haarfärbemittel auf Haarsträhnen werden z.B. aus der EP-OS 109 664 bekannte Geräte mit zu Bündeln zusammengefaßten Kunststoffborsten eingesetzt, deren-Trä- - ger dünnwandig ausgebildet und mit mehreren zu einem Farbstoffreservoir führenden Öffnungen versehen wird. Hierbei werden die Borsten unter Freilassung der jeweiligen Öffnung auf den dünnwandig ausgebildeten Träger stumpf aufgeschweißt. Das bekannte Gerät ist nach Herstellung und Betrieb aufwendig.
  • Es werden zum Auftragen von Haarfärbemittel auch einfache Stielbürsten vorgesehen, deren Borsten zum Beaufschlagen mit dem Haarfärbemittel in einen Farbstoffbehälter einzutauchen sind. Wichtig ist hierbei die Ausbildung der Bürste im Hinblick darauf, daß die Borstenbündel eine für die Handhabung hinreichende Menge an Färbemittel aufnehmen können. Zugleich müssen ein möglichst weites Eintauchen der Bürste in das Haar zum Einbringen der Färbemischungin die Tiefe des Deckehaars und eine sichere Führung der Bürste im Haar gewährleistet werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine zum Beaufschlagen mit Färbemittel in einen Farbbehälter einzutauchende Stielbürste so auszubilden, daß eine sichere Führung im Haar zu gewährleisten, die Farbstoffaufnahme der Bürste für eine bequeme Handhabung ausreichend und eine gleichmäßige Durchfärbung des Haars zu erzielen ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht für die Bürste eingangs genannter Art darin, daß eine in der Mitte liegende Borstenreihe anstelle von Borstenbündeln ausschließlich einzelne, kammähnliche Zinken aufweist. Die Zinken besitzen vorzugsweise Zylinderform, insbesondere mit einem verdickten Kopf. Verbesserungen und weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäß aus Zinken bestehenden Mittelreihe können die zu behandelnden Haarsträhnen geführt werden, während gleichzeitig die Färbemischung von den Borstenbüscheln auf das Haar appliziert wird. Gemäß weiterer Erfindung werden die Borstenbündel zum Verbessern der Führung der Bürste im Haar effiliert, d.h. es werden unterschiedliche Borstenlängen innerhalb jedes Borstenbündels vorgesehen. Die Effilierung der Borstenbündel unterstützt die Führung durch die Kammzinken und ergibt zusammen mit der Spreizung der Borstenbündel eine optimale Haftung des Produkts an der Bürste. Zur erhöhten Aufnahme an Färbemittel können die Borstenbündel auch einen Drall erhalten; mit 6 bis 15 Windungen pro Meter Borstenbündellänge werden gute Ergebnisse erzielt. Schließlich können die einzelnen Borsten der Borstenbündel gemäß noch weiterer Erfindung gespreizt angeordnet werden, wodurch beim Eintauchen der Bürste in einen Farbbehälter eine noch größere Menge an Färbemittel aufgenommen werden kann. Die Borstenbündel bzw. -büschel selbst können, ebenso wie die Zinken der kammähnlichen Mittelreihe, auf den Bürstenkörper, z.B. nach den Angaben in der DE-OS 34 03341, aufgeschweißt werden.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung in der Zeichnung werden Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Stielbürste; und
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt senkrecht zur Längsachse der Stielbürste nach Fig. 1.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Stielbürste besteht aus einem Stiel 1 und einem Bürstenkörper 2 mit darauf befestigten, z.B. aufgeschweißten, Reihen 3 von Borstenbündeln 4 und einer Reihe 5 von Zinken 6. Die beborstete Fläche 7 des Bürstenkörpers 2 kann aus einem Teil eines Zylindermantels gebildet werden, dessen Zylinderlängsachse 8 parallel zur Längserstreckung bzw. Zentralachse von Bürstenstiel 1 und Bürstenkörper 2 verläuft. Die Reihen 3 von Borstenbündeln 4 bzw. die Reihe 5 von Zinken 6 liegen vorzugsweise parallel zu der Längsachse 8, während die Borstenbündel 4 und die Zinken 6 selbst radial in Bezug auf die Längsachse 8 ausgerichtet werden. Gute Arbeitsergebnisse lassen sich erzielen, wenn beiderseits der Zinkenreihe 5 je zwei Borstenreihen 3 vorgesehen werden und wenn die beborstete Fläche 7 etwa 1/3 eines Zylinderumfangs einnimmt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäß als Mittelreihe der Bürste vorgesehenen Zinken 6 bestehen vorzugsweise aus je einem zylindrischen Körper mit an dessen freies Ende angesetztem verdickten Kopf 9.
  • Bei der Stielbürste nach Fig. 1 schließt sich der Bürstenkörper 2 in Längsrichtung an den Bürstenstiel 1 an. Um ein Überlaufen von Farbe vom Bürstenkörper 2 zum Bürstenstiel 1 möglichst zu behindern, wird der Übergangsbereich 10 zwischen Bürstenstiel 1 und Bürstenkörper 2 im Anschluß an die Zinkenreihe 5 aufgewölbt und an beiden Seiten des aufgewölbten Bereichs eingedellt. Der Übergangsbereich 10 erscheint dadurch im wesentlichen durch Zusammenquetschen des Stiels senkrecht zu der Längsachse 8 entstanden.

Claims (11)

1. Bürste zum Applizieren von Haarfärbemittel mit parallel zu einer Bürstenlängsachse (8) verlaufenden Reihen (3) von etwa radial in Bezug auf die Längsachse (8) ausgerichteten Borstenbündeln (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in der Mitte liegende Borstenreihe (5) anstelle von Borstenbündeln ausschließlich einzelne, kammähnliche Zinken (6) aufweist.
2. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Borsten- bzw. Zinkenreihen (3, 5) aufnehmende beborstete Fläche (7) des Bürstenkörpers (2) etwa die Krümmung eines Zylindermantels mit der Zylinderachse als Längsachse (8) besitzt.
3. Bürste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Bürstenstiel (1) annähernd in Richtung der Längsachse (8) an den Bürstenkörper (2) anschließt.
4. Bürste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergangsbereich (10) zwischen Bürstenkörper (2) und Bürstenstiel (1) im Anschluß an die Zinkenreihe (5) aufgewölbt und an beiden Seiten des gewölbten Bereichs eingedellt ist.
5. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten jedes Bündels (4) effiliert sind.
6. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borstenbündel (4) einen Drall, insbesondere mit 6 bis 15 Bindungen pro Meter Bündellänge, aufweisen.
7. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten jedes Bündels (4) gespreizt sind.
8. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borstenbündel (4) und/ oder Zinken (6) an den Bürstenkörper (2) angeschweißt sind.
9. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch je zwei Reihen (3) von Borstenbündeln (4) beiderseits der Zinkenreihe (5).
10. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke und der gegenseitige Abstand der Zinken (6) der Zinkenreihe (5) im Hinblick auf die Ausbildung zum Führen der behandelten Haarsträhnen vorgegeben sind.
11. Bürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zinken (6) im wesentlichen Zylinderform, insbesondere mit verdicktem Kopf (9) am freien Ende, besitzen.
