Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gehäuse für einen Stapel von Blättern gleicher Abmessungen wie Kalenderblätter, Diagramme, graphische Darstellungen, Fotos o. dgl. mit einem durch einen flachen, mit einem rahmenförmigen Deckel verschließbaren rechteckigen Aufnahmebehälter. An diesem Aufnahmebehälter ist eine zu zwei waagerechten Rechteckseiten parallele Schieberleiste senkrecht verschiebbar angeordnet, die aus durchsichtigem Werkstoff mit einem verschiebbaren rahmenförmigen Schieber ausgestattet ist und mit ihren abgewinkelten Endbereichen in in senkrechten Randleisten des Aufnahmebehälters eingearbeitete Führungsschlitze eingesteckt ist, wobei die senkrechten Randleisten des Aufnahmebehälters von dem rahmenförmigen Deckel abgedeckt sind.
  • Ein derartiges Gehäuse ist aus GB-A-197 169 bekannt, dessen Deckel einseitig mittels eines Scharniers an dem Gehäuseunterteil schwenkbar angelenkt ist und an seiner anderen Seite mittels Biege- oder Kleblaschen lösbar an diesem zu befestigen ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Gehäuse der vorgenannten Gattung zu schaffen, das bei moderner Fertigungstechnik in seine Einzelteile leicht zu montieren und der Deckel abnehmbar gestaltet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Gehäuse gemäß vorstehender Gattung dadurch gelöst, daß der Deckel in den oberen Endbereichen mittels zweier von seiner Rückseite abstehenden Stecknasen an den senkrechten Randleisten des Aufnahmebehälters lösbar befestigt ist und jede senkrechte Randleiste des Aufnahmebehälters einen Einsteckschlitz für die zugehörige Stecknase des Deckels aufweist.
  • Ein derartiges Gehäuse ist technisch mit den heutigen Herstellungsmaschinen in großen Stückzahlen herzustellen und leicht zu montieren.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Gehäuse eignet sich beispielsweise zum Unterbringen von zwölf Dreimonatsblättern, wobei jedes Blatt in drei übereinander befindlichen Teilfeldern jeweils die Tageszahlen eines Monats enthält. In dem Sichtfeld des Gehäuses erscheinen dann im obersten Drittel die Tageszahlen des vergangenen Monats, im mittleren Drittel die Tageszahlen des augenblicklichen Monats und im unteren Drittel die Tageszahlen des folgenden Monats. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein Dreimonatskalender, mit welchem eine vorteilhafte Terminplanung möglich ist. Durch die Anbringung eines Ständers an der Rückseite des Gehäuses läßt sich dieses auf einer Tischfläche aufstellen, während es an seiner Rückseite gleichzeitig mit einer Aufhängeöffnung versehen ist, so daß das Gehäuse auch an einer Wand aufgehängt werden kann. Schließlich wird die Rückseite auf einem großen Teil ihrer Fläche von einer ebenen Wand gebildet, die als Klebefläche dienen kann. Auf diese Weise kann das Gehäuse auch in ein Notizbuch, beispielsweise eingeklebt werden.
  • Unterhalb der Sichtöffnung des rahmenförmigen Deckels weist dieser eine Werbefläche auf, so daß hier ein Werbeeindruck oder eine Beschriftung angebracht werden kann. Dadurch ergeben sich insofern Vorteile für die Werbung, als die Kalenderblätter nicht mehr einzeln mit dem Werbehinweis bedruckt zu werden brauchen. Bei Verwendung des Gehäuses als Kalender können auch Kalenderblätter darin untergebracht werden, die sowohl auf der Vorderseite, als auch auf der Rückseite bedruckt sind. Dadurch wird die Benutzungsdauer auf zwei Jahre vergrößert. Nach Ablauf dieser Benutzungsdauer kann der Stapel von Kalenderblättern sehr einfach ausgewechselt werden, so daß das Kalendergehäuse viele Jahre lang zu benutzen ist.
  • Das Gehäuse kann ein günstiges Format und eine elegante, kompakte, geschlossene Kassettenform erhalten, so daß es auch möglich ist, Fotos, oder andere Darstellungen darin unterzubringen. Schließlich ist es sogar möglich, in dem Gehäuse einen rechteckigen Spiegel anzuordnen, der dadurch einen gefälligen Rahmen erhält, gegen Bruchgefahr geschützt untergebracht und sowohl aufstellbar als auch aufhängbar angeordnet ist.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind in den Schutzansprüchen enthalten. Der Schutzumfang erstreckt sich nicht nur auf die beanspruchten Einzelmerkmale, sondern auch auf deren Kombination.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Das erfindungsgemäße Gehäuse 10 zur Aufnahme eines Stapels 11 von Blättern gleicher Abmessungen besteht aus einem Aufnahmebehälter 12 und einem rahmenförmigen Deckel 13, die beide aus einem Kunststoff bestehen können. Der Deckel 13 weist eine rechteckige Öffnung 14 auf, durch die hindurch das oberste Blatt des Stapels 11 betrachtet werden kann, der in dem Aufnahmebehälter 12 untergebracht ist. Unterhalb der Öffnung 14 ist an dem Deckel 13 eine Werbefläche 15 vorgesehen, auf der die gewünschten Werbeinformationen angebracht werden können.
  • Vor dem Hohlraum des Aufnahmebehälters 12 ist eine waagerecht verschiebbare Schieberleiste 16 angebracht, auf der ein Schieber 17 in Längsrichtung, also waagerecht, verschiebbar steckt. Die Schieberleiste 16 kann aus einem durchsichtigen Werkstoff bestehen, so daß der Aufdruck auf dem obersten Blatt des Stapels durch die Schieberleiste 16 hindurch betrachtet werden kann. Der Schieber 17 rahmt einen bestimmten Teil dieses Aufdrucks ein, er kann entweder aus einem durchsichtigen Werkstoff mit darauf angebrachtem rechteckigem oder quadratischen Rahmen bestehen oder aber lediglich von einem rahmenförmigen Körper selbst gebildet sein.
  • Zur Befestigung und senkrechten Verschiebbarkeit der Schieberleiste 16 weist der Aufnahmebehälter 12 senkrechte Randleisten 18 auf, in die senkrechte Führungsschlitze 19 eingearbeitet sind. Die beiden Enden der Schieberleiste 16 sind abgewinkelt und in die Führungsschlitze 19 eingesteckt. Die Führungsschlitze 19 können Rastnocken aufweisen, so daß die Schieberleiste 16 in mehreren waagerechten, übereinander befindlichen Zeilen wahlweise einrasten kann. Bei Verwendung des Gehäuses 10 als Dreimonatskalender können beispielsweise für den mittleren Monat fünf Zeilen von Monatszahlen vorgesehen sein, so daß die Schieberleiste 16 immer in einer der fünf Zeilen eingerastet und somit festgehalten ist.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist das von der Öffnung 14 des Deckels 13 freigegebene zu besichtigende rechteckige Feld in drei Teile eingeteilt, wobei die waagerechte Schieberleiste 16 bei ihrer senkrechten Parallelverschiebung nur den mittleren Teil überstreicht. Dementsprechend sind in den senkrechten Rahmenteilen des Deckels 13 senkrechte Ausnehmungen 20 vorgesehen, die sich in der Mitte jedes Rahmenteils befinden und auf einem Drittel von dessen Länge erstrecken. Diese Ausnehmungen 20 sind für die Verschiebbarkeit der Schieberleiste erforderlich. Ihrer Länge und Anordnung entsprechen auch die senkrechten Führungsschlitze 19 der senkrechten Randleisten 18 des Aufnahmebehälters 12.
  • Für die Befestigung des Deckels 13 an dem Aufnahmebehälter 12 sind an den oberen Ecken des Deckels 13 von der Rückseite abstehende Stecknasen 21 und eine im Bereich der Unterkante von der Rückseite abstehende Rastfeder 22 vorgesehen. Die Stecknasen 21 werden zur Befestigung in senkrechte Einsteckschlitze 23 eingesteckt und dort gehalten, die sich in den beiden senkrechten Randleisten 18 des Aufnahmebehälters 12 befinden. Für die Rastfeder 22 ist in einer unteren waagerechten Randleiste 24 des Aufnahmebehälters 12 eine Ausnehmung 25 vorgesehen, in der die Rastfeder 22 liegt, wenn der Deckel 13 auf den Aufnahmebehälter 12 gesteckt ist.
  • Innerhalb des Aufnahmebehälters 12 erstrecken sich zwei Federzungen 26, die von der Rückwand des Aufnahmebehälters 12 ausgehen. Sie drücken den Stapel von Blättern, der in dem Aufnahmebehälter 12 untegebracht ist, zu dem rahmenförmigen Deckel 13 hin, so daß der Stapel 11 und damit auch das oberste, zu betrachtende Blatt immer eine eindeutige Lage in dem Gehäuse 10 hat.
  • Das Gehäuse 10 läßt sich sowohl aufstellen, als auch an einer senkrechten Wand anhängen, als auch auf einer ebenen Fläche aufkleben. Zu diesem Zweck ist der größte Teil seiner Rückseite als ebene Wand 27 ausgebildet, so daß sich eine Klebefläche ergibt. In diesem Teil befindet sich in der Nähe der oberen waagerechten Kante des Aufnahmebehälters 12 eine durchgehende Aufhängeöffnung 28 in der Rückseite. Hier kann das Gehäuse 10 also auf einen Haken an einer Wand aufgehänt werden. Im unteren Teil der Rückseite des Gehäuses 10 befindet sich in einer Ausnehmung ein ausklappbarer Ständer 29, mit dessen Hilfe das Gehäuse 10 in einer Schräglage auf einer waagerechten Fläche abgestellt werden kann. Der Ständer 29 ragt in seiner eingeklappten Stellung nicht über die Ebene der Wand 27 hinaus, so daß er ein evtl. Einkleben des Gehäuses 10 nicht behindert. In der eingeklappten Stellung wird der Ständer 29 von zu Innenseite des Aufnahmebehälters ragenden abstehenden Rastnocken 30 gehalten, die in entsprechenden Rastschlitzen 31 des Aufnahmebehälters 12 eingerastet sind. Für die Ausklappbarkeit des Ständers 29 weist dieser zwei waagerechte fluchtende, nach beiden Seiten abstehende Gelenkzapfen 32 auf, die durch Lagerschlitze 33 des Aufnahmebehälters 12 hindurchgesteckt und somit an diesem gelagert sind. Diese Gelenkzapfen 32 befinden sich im Bereich der Oberkanten des Ständers 29, die abgeschrägt sind und dadurch einen die größte Ausschwenkstellung begrenzenden Anschlag bilden.

Claims (5)

  1. Gehäuse für in einen Stapel (11) von Blättern gleicher Abmessungen wie Kalenderblätter, Diagramme, graphische Darstellungen, Fotos o. dgl. mit einem durch einen flachen, mit einem rahmenförmigen Deckel (13) verschließbaren rechteckigen Aufnahmebehälter (12), an dem eine zu zwei waagerechten Rechteckseiten parallele Schieberleiste (16) senkrecht verschiebbar angeordnet ist, die aus durchsichtigem Werkstoff mit einem verschiebbaren rahmenförmigen Schieber (17) ausgestattet ist und die mit ihren abgewinkelten Endbereichen in in senkrechten Randleisten (18) des Aufnahmebehälters (12) eingearbeitete Führungsschlitze (19) eingesteckt ist, wobei die senkrechten Randleisten des Aufnahmebehälters (12) von dem rahmenförmigen Deckel (13) abgedeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (13) in den oberen Endbereichen mittels zweier von seiner Rückseite abstehenden Stecknasen (21) an den senkrechten Randleisten (18) des Aufnahmebehälters (12) lösbar befestigt ist und jede senkrechte Randleiste des Aufnahmebehälters (12) einen Einsteckschlitz (23) für die zugehörige Stecknase (21) des Deckels (13) aufweist.
  2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (13) im Bereich seiner waagerechten Unterkante mittels einer von seiner Rückseite abstehenden Rastfeder (22) an einer unteren waagerechten Randleiste (24) des Aufnahmebehälters (12) lösbar befestigt ist.
  3. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebehälter (12) im Bereich der unteren waagerechten Randleiste (24) eine Ausnehmung (25) für die Rastfeder (22) des Deckels (13) aufweist.
  4. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Rückseite des Aufnahmebehälters (12) im unteren Bereich eine Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist, in der ein flacher Ständer (29) angeordnet und ausklappbar gelagert ist, der in seinem oberen Bereich mittels zweier seitlich abstehender, fluchtender, waagerechter Gelenkzapfen (32) an dem Aufnahmebehälter (12) gelagert ist und im eingeklappten Zustand mittels zweier nach vorn abstehender Rastnocken (30) an der Rückseite des Aufnahmebehälters (12) festlegbar ist.
