Claims (11)
- Dispositif de stockage, de dosage et de malaxage des constituants d'un mortier, comportant un réservoir (1) du type silo avec des parties de réservoir (3, 4) séparées verticalement l'une de l'autre, sur la face inférieure desquelles se trouve un orifice de sortie (6), un dispositif de prélèvement et de dosage, formé par au moins une vis sans fin de transport (9, 10), étant placé sous les orifices de sortie (5, 6), lequel dispositif achemine le matériau d'une zone située au-dessous d'un orifice de sortie (5, 6) vers une cuve (19) reliée à une balance (36), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prélèvement et de dosage est fixé sous le réservoir (1), par un couvercle de boîtier (39) recouvrant le canal de transport (7, 8) contenant la vis de transport (9, 10), en ce que des bras de pesée (34, 35) de la balance (36) sont montés sur le couvercle de boîtier (39), en ce que la cuve (19) est suspendue sous le dispositif de prélèvement et de dosage, par des bras de support (32, 33) reliés aux bras de pesée (34, 35), en ce qu'un orifice de sortie (16, 17) à l'extrémité d'un canal de transport (7, 8), débouche dans la cuve (19), en ce que la cuve (19) comporte un dispositif de malaxage (20) et en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement (moteur 13, 14) de la vis de transport (9, 10) est commandé par la balance (36), par l'intermédiaire d'un système de calcul et à mémoire, en ce que la rotation de la vis de transport (9, 10) cesse dès que le poids souhaité du mélange de composants de mortier se trouvant dans la cuve (19), est atteint.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une vis de transport (9, 10) est associée à chaque orifice de sortie (5, 6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la balance (36) est un peson.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le transducteur de force du peson est une bande d'allongement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de malaxage comporte des dispositifs de transport axial (partie de vis sans fin 25, pales de malaxage 27, 29).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de malaxage (20) est entraîné dans un sens réversible.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans la cuve (19) débouche un conduit d'arrivée d'eau (30) avec vanne de dosage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu à l'extrémité du parcours de transport des vis de transport (9, 10), un orifice de sortie (16, 17) débouchant dans la cuve (19), lequel orifice est fermé par des clapets (18) élastiques, s'ouvrant vers le bas sous la pression.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (1) est pourvu d'un crochet de transport.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures de chargement pouvant être fermées sont prévues sur les parois latérales du réservoir (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de prélèvement et de dosage est relié de manière amovible au réservoir.
