Claims (4)

1.- Dispositif de retenue pour empêcher l'autodéplacement d'un convertisseur en fonctionnement, dispositif caractérisé en ce que, sur le tourillon de basculement (2) portant la cuve (1) du convertisseur, ou bien sur son prolongement, est fixé un disque de frein (8), disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe du tourillon de basculement et contre lequel viennent en prise au moins deux mâchoires de freinage (9), susceptibles d'être serrées contre lui, d'un dispositif de serrage (11) solidaire de l'infrastructure des paliers (10) ou bien du massif des fondations (6).
2.- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque de frein (8), contre lequel vient en prise le dispositif de serrage (11), est disposé sur le tourillon de basculement (2) côté entraînement.
3.- Dispositif de retenue selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractiérisé en ce qu'un autre disque de frein (8), avec dispositif de serrage (11) est disposé sur le côté opposé au côté d'entraînement.
4.- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de freinage (9) du dispositif de serrage (11) sont susceptibles d'être serrées hydrauliquement, pneumatiquement ou mécaniquement.
