Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for the aftertreatment of textile woven or knitted fabrics in strand form with liquid treatment agents.
- the after-treatment of colored textiles with, for example, washing - or cleaning liquors is well known and one of the indispensable needs of the practice so that particular washing and to rubbing stains can be achieved.
- washing - or cleaning liquors are well known and one of the indispensable needs of the practice so that particular washing and to rubbing stains can be achieved.
- a further aftertreatment, for example softening, is often then applied, so that the process product can be optimized with regard to the properties of use.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to intensify the aftertreatment in strand dyeing machines in order to reduce the number of aftertreatment baths required for a perfect dyeing result and thus to save time and water.
- Dye bath and the subsequent aftertreatment baths and during the refilling of the latter does not interrupt, but instead continues this drive by sole liquor circulation with the help of a gas or steam flow, thus practically keeping the textile product line in circulation without any involvement of a liquid treatment medium. Good drainage is achieved without a commodity shutdown.
- the present invention thus relates to a process for increasing the dilution factor in the aftertreatment of batches of textile fabrics or knitted fabrics which rotate discontinuously in a continuous manner in jet piece dyeing systems, but in each case individually as a separate process on the same apparatus arrangement with several, preferably different treatment liquids for rinsing out residues of treatment agents not absorbed or fixed by the fiber material in the course of a previous wet treatment operation for textile finishing, e.g.
- bleaching, dyeing or finishing using the feed for the transport of the textile material within the self-contained system via the actuation of the nozzle system, as long as liquid treatment medium is circulated in the same direction, and then maintained during the draining and refilling of treatment liquid by means of a flowing gas or steam, characterized in that by the drive gas brings about a further dewatering of the line of goods between the individual, possibly different, post-treatment steps, by removing the textile goods after emptying the goods storage space allows the dyeing jet to circulate from the treatment liquid for several cycles without any effect of the liquor before the next aftertreatment liquor is supplied.
- the drainage effect which can be achieved according to the invention can also be achieved by additional mechanical measures, such as the utilization of centrifugal forces occurring during the course of the goods or the suction of the adhesive water from the running strand can be increased by means of negative pressure.
- Another advantage of this method is that successive post-treatment steps can be carried out isothermally or each other temperature because the choice of A ntriebsgases both permits. As a result, blatant temperature transitions and thus callus formation caused by such an occasion can be excluded.
- the drive gas used is recycled according to the process.
- the efficiency of the method of operation is increased because new gas does not have to be used continuously and heated to the necessary treatment temperature. It is entirely sufficient to compensate for the decrease in temperature which has occurred in the circulated gas or to replace gas losses which have been suffered.
- a water separator can expediently be installed, which allows water absorbed by the drive gas to be separated and discharged from the system.
- the textile fabric strand can only be removed from the jet dyeing machine with a moderate residual moisture and thus comes to dry.
Abstract
