Claims (15)

1. Silo de section circulaire pour matière farinacée en vrac, comprenant :
a) un fond dont la partie centrale est formée d'une surface conique (2) dont la pointe (3) est tournée vers le haut,
b) plusieurs orifices de décharge de la matière (8, 8a, 8b) disposés au voisinage de la base de la surface conique (2) est répartis symétriquement à la circonférence, les zones (9, 9a, 9b) du fond du silo se trouvant devant les orifices de décharge étant inclinées dans le sens de l'écoulement de la matière vers ces orifices et étant disposées devant ceux-ci dans la direction de la circonférence du silo, de manière que la matière s'écoule en direction sensiblement tangentielle en se dirigeant sur ces orifices,
c) des dispositifs pneumatiques de ventilation des différentes zones du silo, caractérisé par les particularités suivantes :

2. Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les orifices de décharge de la matière (8, 8a, 8b) sont disposés à la partie supérieure des cloisons latérales (6, 7) des chambres de décharge (4, 4', 4").
3. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque chambre de décharge (4, 4', 4") comporte un orifice de décharge (8) et chaque zone (9) du fond du silo, qui est inclinée dans le sens de l'écoulement de la matière, va de l'élément supérieur de couverture (5) d'une chambre de décharge (par exemple 4) au bord inférieur de l'orifice de décharge (8) de la chambre (par exemple 4') voisine dans la direction de la circonférence.
4. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque chambre de décharge (4, 4', 4") comporte deux orifices de décharge de la matière (8a, 8b) qui sont disposés à la partie supérieure des deux cloisons latérales (6, 7) et chaque zone (9a, 9b) du fond du silo, qui est inclinée dans le sens de l'écoulement de la matière, va d'un lieu de la circonférence situé entre deux chambres de décharge voisines au bord inférieur des orifices de décharge (par exemple 8b, 8'a) de ces deux chambres (par exemple 4, 4') qui sont tournés l'un vers l'autre, ces zones en pente étant disposées en forme de toit.
5. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les chambres de décharge (4, 4', 4") comportent à la partie supérieure un raccord de mise à l'atmosphère (11) et, à la partie inférieure, un orifice d'évacuation de la matière (12).
6. Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (9, 9a, 9b) du fond du silo, qui sont disposées devant les orifices de décharge de la matière (8, 8a, 8b) et qui sont inclinées dans la direction de la circonférence, sont ventilées.
7. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couverture (5) prévu du côté supérieur de chaque chambre de décharge (4, 4', 4") est ventilé.
8. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les orifices de décharge de la matière (8, 8a, 8b) sont obturables au moyen de vannes d'arrêt (14) mobiles en direction sensiblement radiale.
9. Silo selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les chambres de décharge (4, 4', 4") sont accessibles par une ouverture obturable (16) prévue dans la cloison située radialement du côté intérieur et par l'espace (15) entouré par la surface conique centrale (2).
10. Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les orifices de décharge de la matière (8, 8a, 8b) vont en direction radiale de la surface conique centrale (2) jusqu'à la paroi cylindrique extérieure (1) du silo.
11. Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque zone (9) du fond du silo qui se trouve devant un orifice de décharge de la matière (8) et qui est inclinée dans le sens de l'écoulement se prolonge par une zone (19) également inclinée dans le sens de l'écoulement et faisant partie d'une chambre de décharge (4, 4', 4") dont le côté supérieur est recouvert.
12. Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les orifices de décharge de la matière (8a, 8b) sont prévus à la partie inférieure des deux cloisons latérales (6, 7) de chambres de décharge (4) orientées en direction sensiblement radiale et conformées en chambres de mélange équipées d'une ventilation par le fond, la matière entrant dans les chambres de décharge en direction sensiblement tangentielle, mais en sens opposés dans la direction de la circonférence, par les orifices de décharge des deux cloisons latérales.
13. Silo selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs orifices de décharge de la matière (8a, 8b) disposés les uns à côté des autres en direction radiale sont prévus dans chaque cloison latérale (6, 7).
14. Silo selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les chambres de décharge (4) ont un fond (20a, 20b) incliné vers une ligne médiane (21) orientée en direction radiale, ce fond étant également incliné en direction radiale et comportant de préférence une goulotte de transport (22) qui longe ladite ligne médiane (21).
