Claims (6)

1. Machine à meuler les rails pouvant être déplacée sur un rail ou sur les deux rails d'une voie, comportant un bâti pouvant pivoter dans la direction longitudinale des rails et éventuellement en outre transversalement à celle-ci et guidé sur le ou les rails au moyen de galets, dans lequel est disposé de manière à pouvoir se lever et s'abaisser un groupe de meulage muni d'un ruban de meulage tournant entraîné par une poulie d'entraînement, caractérisée par le fait que le ruban de meulage (19) est guidé sur la poulie d'entraînement (13) et une poulie presseuse (14) disposée en dessous de celle-ci, la poulie d'entraînement (13) et la poulie presseuse (14) pouvant être tendues l'une par rapport à l'autre et toutes deux étant disposées de manière à pouvoir pivoter conjointement, relativement à la direction longitudinale (35) du rail, jusqu'à un angle inférieur ou égal à 30°.
2. Machine à meuler les rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le bâti (1 ) de la machine est relié de façon pivotante, au moyen de tourillons (2), au bâti roulant qui est formé de supports de galets (3, 4) et d'entretoises de liaison réglables en longueur (5, 6) et présente des galets (7), une flèche (8) sous forme de tige étant articulée au bâti (1 ) de la machine en sa région supérieure et s'appuyant sur les supports de galets (4) et le bâti (1 ) de la machine présentant un support (10), réglable en hauteur par une tige filetée (9) et muni d'une flèche (15) à laquelle est articulée une plaque (12) portant le moteur d'entraînement (11 ), la poulie d'entraînement (13) étant fixée sur l'axe du moteur et la poulie presseuse (14) étant disposée à l'extrémité de la flèche (15) qui est tournée vers le rail, la distance entre poulie d'entraînement (13) et poulie presseuse (14) pouvant être modifiée par une tige filetée (16) et l'outil de meulage, avec entraînement et poulie presseuse (14) pouvant être amené à pivoter hors du plan du bâti de la machine, autour de l'axe (39) de la tige filetée (9), par une tige filetée (17), par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation (18) qui est reliée solidairement au support (10).
3. Machine à meuler les rails selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la poulie presseuse (14) est une poulie profilée dont le profil est adapté au profil de la surface de roulement du rail à meuler (36).
4. Machine à meuler les rails selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le bâti (1) de la machine présente dans la région des rails, du côté opposé à la voie, deux flèches munies chacune d'un galet (22) et qui sont disposées perpendiculairement au plan du bâti (1) de la machine.
5. Machine à meuler les rails selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que sur le bâti (1 ) de la machine est disposé, à peu près perpendiculairement à celui-ci, dans la région supérieure, à l'opposé de la voie, un châssis de guidage (21 ) avec poignées (23).
6. Machine à meuler les rails selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'une contrefiche de soutien (34), à laquelle un galet de direction (30) est relié de manière à pouvoir tourner, est disposée entre la région du châssis de guidage (21 ) qui est opposée à la voie et la région du bâti (1) de la machine qui est proche de la voie.
