Abstract

Afin de realiser un bloc de distribution comportant des conduits de liaison internes pour un milieu liquide ou gazeux, des tuyaux (20) en matiere synthetique munis de plaques metalliques de raccordement (3, 4, 5) et de corps de raccordement (6, 7) sont places dans un moule (1) et sont fixes a l'aide d'entretoises (22, 23). En suite, le moule (1) est rempli d'une masse de moulage constituee d'une resine synthetique autodurcissante et d'une masse de remplissage. Apres le durcissement de la masse de moulage le moule est enleve. Le procede permet de fabriquer des blocs de distribution legers et bon marche comportant des conduits internes propices a l'ecoulement du milieu.
