Abstract
In order to make a distribution block comprising internal communication conduit for a liquid or gas medium, pipes (20) of synthetic material provided with connection metal plates (3, 4, 5) and with connection bodies (6, 7) are placed in a mould (1) and are fixed by means of struts (22, 23). Then the mould (1) is filled with a moulding mass consisting of a self hardening synthetic resin and a filling mass. After the hardening of the molding mass, the mould is removed. The method allows the manufacture of light and inexpensive distribution blocks comprising internal conduits appropriate for the flow of the medium.

Bei der Verwendung von mehreren Blöcken, werden diese, zwecks Verkettung, dichtend aufeinandergelegt oder seitlich aneinandergeschoben, und dann mittels geeigneten Befestigungsmitteln unter Druck zusammengehalten. In einem solchen bekannten Block, deτ aus einem Metall, z.B. Gusseisen, Stahl, Messing, Bronze oder Aluminium besteht, sind die Verbindungsleitungen zwischen den einzelnen Arbeitsgeräten, wie
Pumpe, Tank, Behälter, Kessel, Ventilen oder Steuerschieber als innere, ins volle Material des Blockes eingearbeitete Kanäle ausgeführt. Gegenüber einer nur losen Verknüpfung der vorerwähnten Bauelemente mittels Schläuchen oder Rohren weist die Ausführung dieser Verbindungsleitungen als Verteilerblock die Vorteile einer grossen Kompaktheit, des Wegfalles von Verrohrungsarbeit sowie einer erhöhten Leck- und Bruchsicherheit auf. Es ist ein erheblicher Konstruktionsaufwand erforderlich, um die zweckmässigste Lage aller Leitungen im Block im voraus zu bestimmen, wobei streng darauf geachtet werden muss, dass sich die Kanäle nicht unzulässig nahe kommen, weil sonst die Gefahr von internen Durchbrüchen vorhanden ist. Im weiteren ist man
bei der bisherigen Ausführung der Verteilerblöcke in der Anordnung der aussen anzubringenden Bauelemente und der Anschluss-Stellen für die Zu- und Wegführung des flüssigen oder gasförmigen Arbeitsmediums nicht frei, da es oft topologisch unmöglich oder zumindest sehr aufwendig ist, die Verbindungskanäle so anzuordnen, dass es zu keinen Kollosionen mit anderen Kanälen kommt. Die ein- oder mehrteilige Ausgiessform 1, welche zwecks besserem Verständnis andeutungsweise dargestellt ist, umschliesst den fertig montierten Verteilerblock 2. Diese Gewindebohrungen dienen zur Befestigung von Anschlussleitungen (nicht dargestellt). Im Innern des Verteilerblockes sind die Verbindungsleitungen, alle mit 20 bezeichnet, und die Abzweigungselemente 21 angeordnet. Ihr gegenseitiger Abstand und ihr Abstand von der Aussenseite des Verteilerblockes 2 wird vor dem Ausgiessen durch geeignete Elemente, die aus einem beliebigen Material bestehen können, gewährleistet. Zwei solcher Abstandselemente 22 und 23 sind dargestellt. Die Verbindungsleitungen 20 und die Abzweigungselemente 21 können zum Beispiel mit Hilfe von Draht aufgehängt und verspannt werden. In den Metallkörpern 6 und 7 ist auf ihrer äusseren Seite je eine Gewindebohrung 24 und 25 angeordnet, während auf der inneren Seite ein aus den Metallkörpern 6 und 7 direkt angearbeiteter Rohrstutzen 26 und 27 vorhanden ist. Im Verteilerblock 2 sind vier dünnwandige Rohre 28 vorhanden, welche als Durchgangslöcher für die Befestigung des Verteilerblockes 2 an der Maschine, bzw. auch zum Zusammenspannen von mehreren auf- oder nebeneinander angeordneten Verteilerblöcken dienen.
