Claims (7)

1. Machine permettant d'emballer des groupes d'objets plats, en particulier, des emballages sachets (1) dans un récipient collecteur ou de groupage (3), comprenant un rotor (10) eintraîné en rotation par intermittence autour d'un axe vertical, et comprenant plusieurs logements (11), disposés sur le rotor à écartements réguliers, et dont chacun reçoit un groupe d'objets, ces logements étant acheminés l'un après l'autre à des postes de travail (I à IV), et un dispositif d'empilement et de transfert (20), agencé à un premier poste de travail (1), et qui tranfère les objets dans les logements, caractérisée en ce que les logements sont constitués par des mandrins creux (11 ), sont orientés avec leur axe longitudinal parallèle à l'axe de rotation du rotor (10) et sont ouverts au fond, et en ce que, dans un poste (II) qui fait suite au premier poste (1), est agencé un dispositif (40) servant à mettre un récipient de groupage (3) en forme autour d'un mandrin creux (11).
2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les mandrins creux (11) peuvent être obturés au niveau de leur fond au moyen de trappes (12, 13).
3. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les trappes (12, 13) sont fixées à des bras (14, 15) qui sont articulés à l'extrémité supérieure d'un mandrin creux (11).

Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'empilement et de transfert (20) comprend, au-dessous du mandrin creux (11) prêt dans le premier poste (1), une cheminée (11) qui coïncide avec le mandrin creux, des élévateurs d'objets (25) qui introduisent un objet à la fois (1) de bas en haut dans la cheminée et une palette élévatrice (22) qui peut se déplacer de bas en haut dans la cheminée et qui sert à faire monter le groupe d'objets constitué dans le mandrin creux.
5. Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les élévateurs d'objets (25) sont montés mobiles en mouvement circulaire sur deux tourelles (23, 24), et disposés par paires de deux élévateurs placés dans un même alignement horizontal.
6. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que, dans le poste (II) des mandrins creux (11), est agencé un appareil de pliage (40) muni d'organes plieurs qui servent à rabattre un flan (2) destiné à former un récipient collecteur (3) autour de cinq faces d'un mandrin creux.
7. Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil de pliage (40) comprend une pièce centrale (41) appuyée contre l'extrémité inférieure d'un mandrin creux (11), deux plaques plieuses (43, 45) articulées sur la pièce centrale, et des organes plieurs (42, 44, 46) articulés sur les plaques plieuses.
