- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisée en ce que le convoyeur synchrone (49) comporte des moyens de mise en place (50, 51) pour aligner les produits à emballer (48) par rapport à une arête fixe.
- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 18, caractérisée en ce que le convoyeur (49) peut être équipé d'un élévateur de collecte (60) des produits à emballer (48).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, en aval de la machine à encartonner (5), un élévateur (66) destiné à transporter sur un autre niveau des cartons dont l'emballage est terminé (57).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu des tables élévatrices (71) destinées à recevoir des palettes (3) devant être chargées de cartons dont l'emballage est terminé (57).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, pour une ou plusieurs tables élévatrices (71), un robot palettiseur (78).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que le robot palettiseur (78) comporte deux bras horizontaux (80, 82) pivotants l'un par rapport à l'autre et munis d'une tête de préhension (85).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon la revendication 23, caractérisée en ce que la tête de préhension (85) comporte des ventouses aspirantes (84).
- Installation d'encartonnage selon la revendication 23 ou 24, caractérisée en ce qu'il est possible de réaliser avec la tête de préhension (85) une petite course verticale.
- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 23 à 25, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un plateau rotatif (67) destiné à présenter chaque carton à palettiser (57) dans une zone d'accès du robot palettiseur (78), la rotation du plateau (67) étant ajustée au mouvement du robot palettiseur (78) pour minimiser les mouvements de ce dernier.
- Installation d'encartonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 27, caractérisée en ce que le convoyeur (49) est synchronisé pour amener les objets (48) à emballer.
