Claims (11)

1. Chambranle d'une porte, dont le chant présente des parties collées entre elles, en matière poreuse, caractérisé en ce que le chant, afin de former un profil recevant le panneau de porte (7) en position de fermeture, est constitué à partir de deux plaques (8, 9) disposées avec un décalage mutuel dans des plans parallèles, reliées par une liaison à rainure (12, 14) connue en soi, et en ce qu'au moins le côté longitudinal doté de la rainure (12) de la première plaque (8) et le côté longitudinal opposé à l'arête (14) de la seconde plaque (9) sont durcis.
2. Chambranle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le côté longitudinal présentant l'arête (14) de la seconde plaque est également durci.
3. Chambranle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le côté longitudinal opposé à la rainure (12) de la première plaque (8) est également durci.
4. Chambranle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (9) présente une feuillure (13) et en ce que la partie en saillie de cette plaque (9) constitue une arête (14), de telle sorte que l'épaulement (20) s'étendant transversalement de la feuillure (13) est opposé à l'un des deux côtés de rainure (19).
5. Chambranle suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le côté (19) de la rainure (12) opposé à l'épaulement s'étendant transversalement (20), est plus court que l'autre côté de rainure (15).
6. Chambranle suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale (16) de l'autre côté de rainure (15) sert la feuillure d'arrêt pour le battant de porte (7).
7. Chambranle suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale (16) dudit côté (15) est dotée d'un joint (18).
8. Chambranle suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le côté longitudinal durci de la seconde plaque (9) est muni de ferrures de porte (6).
9. Chambranle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la surface (23) de l'autre plaque allongée (9), qui fait face au battant de porte (7), est encastré un ruban (24) d'une matière qui foisonne sous l'effet d'une température élevée.
10. Chambranle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (8, 9) sont fixées à la maçonnerie (1) au moyen d'équerres de mur (2, 32).
11. Procédé pour la fabrication du chant (3) d'un chambranle suivant la revendication 1, avec lequel une plaque de matière poreuse est traitée, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les parties marginales (10, 11) mutuellement opposées de la plaques sont durcies, en ce qu'on découpe une plaque ainsi traitée entre les deux parties marginales précitées, en ce que la partie marginale durcie (10) de la première plaque allongée (8) ainsi obtenue est dotée d'une rainure (12), tandis que la partie marginale non durcie de la seconde plaque allongée (9) est dotée d'une feuillure (13), et en ce que l'arête (14) résultant de la formation de feuillure dans la partie marginale non durcie, est introduite dans la rainure (12).
