Claims (14)
- Construction de façade pour bâtiment, comportant des éléments poteaux (1) sensiblement verticaux, des éléments verrous (2) sensiblement horizontaux qui sont reliés fixement aux éléments poteaux (1), et des panneaux (3) plats, notamment des vitrages isolants ou similaires, qui sont appliqués et fixés contre la face frontale tournée à l'opposé du bâtiment, des éléments poteaux (1) et des éléments verrous (2), les éléments poteaux (1) et les éléments verrous (2) étant respectivement forméspar un premier élément profilé en T (7), dans lequel la face frontale (11) de sa branche longitudinale (12) est dirigée vers le bâtiment et la face extérieure (9) de la traverse (10) forme la face frontale dirigée vers l'extérieur, etpar un contre-élément (8) de section sensiblement en U, la branche transversale (14) étant dirigé vers le bâtiment et l'extrémité de pied de la branche longitudinale (12) de l'élément profilé en T (7) étant introduite dans l'espace compris entre les deux branches longitudinales (15, 16) du contre-élément (8),

- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les contre-éléments sont constitués par un matériau isolant et/ou insonorisant tel que le bois.
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les contre-éléments (8) ne sont prévus que partiellement, en ce qui concerne les éléments profilés en T (fig. 1), de manière que la force de serrage exercée par les organes de liaison (17) suffise pour garantir l'étanchéité du cadre d'étanchéité (22) extérieur, une liaison des éléments poteaux (1) et des éléments verrous (2) au bâtiment se produisant dans les zones comprises entre les parties des contre-éléments (8).

- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le cadre d'étanchéité intérieur (21) et le cadre d'étanchéité extérieur (22) affectés chacun à un panneau, sont reliés entre eux par une entretoise (24) élastiquement souple.
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par une garniture (26) totalement ou partiellement enfermée au moins dans le cadre d'étanchéité extérieur (22).
- Construction de façade selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par une garniture en liège.
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que au moins quelques-uns des éléments assurant la fonction d'étanchéité présentent des lèvres (28) élastiques, qui améliorent l'effet d'étanchéité, par déformation élastique, en s'appliquant contre des éléments/composants opposés.
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par un engagement à rainure et languette (32, 33) entre les cadres d'étanchéité (21, 22) et des zones de surfaces correspondantes de l'élément profilé en T (7) et/ou du contre-élément (8).
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que dans le cas d'un panneau (3) avec porte-à-faux (29 ; fig. 3) en bordure, le porte-à-faux (29) est serré entre l'élément profilé en T (7) et le contre-élément (8), de manière que la partie du panneau (3) qui n'est pas en porte-à-faux soit dirigée vers l'extérieur et se situe de préférence dans la même surface que la face extérieure de la traverse (10) de l'élément profilé en T (7).
- Construction de façade selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la fente (30) entre la traverse (10) de l'élément profilé en T (7) et la partie non en porte-à-faux du panneau (3) est scellée (31).
- Construction de façade selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la liaison entre des éléments profilés en T (7) des éléments poteaux (1) et des éléments verrous (2) est fixe mais détachable, réalisée par exemple au moyen de chevilles et/ou de vis.
