Claims (17)

1. Cadre de sommier à lattes (2), lesquelles sont disposées transversalement aux longerons (3) du cadre (1) et leur sont reliées par le moyen de courroies (8; 20) en matière élastique genre caoutchouc, caractérisé en ce que les lattes (2) se terminent au-dessus des longerons (3), tandis que dans la zone d'extrémité située au-dessous d'elles et au-dessus du bord supérieur des longerons, sont disposées des pièces d'écartement (4; 18; 21) dont la hauteur correspond à peu prés à la course de déformation élastique des courroies sous la charge, et en ce que ces courroies (8; 20) sont retenues d'une part à des points fixes au voisinage du bord supérieur des longerons et d'autre part au-dessous des pièces d'écartement (4; 18; 21), ces dernières comportant sous leur face inférieure (et par conséquent celle de portée pour les courroies) un arrondi qui présente la forme d'une courbe en vue d'une application progressive de ces courroies lorsqu'elles cèdent élastiquement.
2. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'écartement (21) sont constituées par des blocs situés avec leurs faces extérieures intérieurement par rapport aux faces intérieures des longerons.
3. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (4; 21) sont disposés à un certain écartement des longerons (3) et en ce que le courroies (8; 20) fixées au-dessous des blocs (4; 21) s'étendent en direction des lattes (2) jusqu'aux longerons (3) de cadre (1) auxquels s'effectuent leurs autres fixations.
4. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'écartement sont réalisées sous la forme de lames (18) faites en un métal épais et sont disposées au-dessous des lattes (2), et en ce que le profil de repliage de ces lames (18) correspond au dispositif de retenue (6) des courroies et à la courbe de portée (16).
5. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les courroies (8) sont fixées à l'aide de réglettes (10) aux longerons (3) du cadre (1) à la hauteur de la face supérieure de ceux-ci, et en ce que ces longerons comportent sur leurs bords supérieurs internes des arrondis (17) pour l'application progressive des courroies (8) lorsque celles-ci cèdent élastiquement.
6. Cadre de sommier suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un renforcement terminal (9) des courroies (8), présentant la forme d'un boudin, dépasse au-dessus de la face supérieure du longeron et de la réglette.
7. Cadre de sommier suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lattes comportent des revêtements élastiques (24) au moins sur leur face inférieure au-dessus des longerons (3).
8. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 1 et l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les courroies (20) sont disposées parallèlement aux longerons (3) et reposent à un écartement approprié entre les lattes (2) sur des appuis (19) qui dépassent horizontalement à angle droit à partir des longerons (3).
9. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'entre deux appui (19) voisins, la pièce d'écartement (21) de chaque lattes (2) repose sur une courroie (20).
10. Cadre de sommier suivant les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce qu'entre deux appuis voisins (19) est à chaque fois disposée une section de courroie (20), et en ce que celle-ci est solidaire des appuis (19) par ses extrémités.
11. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque courroie (20) passe sur plusieurs appuis (19) parallèlement à un longeron (3) et en ce que les pièces d'écartement (21) des lattes (2) sont posées entre lesdits appuis (19).
12. Cadre de sommier suivant les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une pièce supplémentaire (5; 30) propre à bloquée entre la courroie (8; 20) et la courbe de portée (16; 22, 23).
13. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pièce supplémentaire (20) comporte au moins deux surfaces de portée (31, 32) qui coopèrent avec la courbe de portée (16; 22, 23) du bloc (4; 21), respectivement de la pièce d'écartement (18).
14. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que, sur sa face (34) qui coopère avec la courroie (8; 20), la pièce supplémentaire (5; 30) comporte une surface incurvée à plus faible rayon et/ou qui dépasse davantage par rapport à la courbe de portée (16; 22, 23).
15. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendications 12 et 14, caractérisé en ce que la pièce supplémentaire (30) est établie en coupe quelque peu à la forme d'un coin.
16. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pièce supplémentaire (5, 30) comporte des moyens (33) assurant sa liaison avec le bloc (4, 21), respectivement la pièce d'écartement (18).
17. Cadre de sommier suivant la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison sont constitués par des goujons (33), avantageusement réalisés par poinçonnage incomplet, qui s'engagent positivement dans des trous (35) de la pièce d'écartement (18) ou du bloc (4; 21).
