Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen mehrpoligen Hochspannungs-Lastschalter nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
- Es ist bereits ein Hochspannungs-Lastschalter der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 genannten Art bekannt. Die Strombrücke ist hierbei ein S- förmiges Schaltmesser, dessen abgebogene Enden in ihrer Einschaltstellung durch Löschkammern ragen, in welchen Platten enthalten sind, die unter der Wärme eines Lichtbogens ein Löschgas abgegeben (DE-PS 2o 49 735).
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den mehrpoligen Hochspannungs-Lastschalter der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 genannten Art auf einfache Weise so auszubilden, daß er eine höhere Anzahl von Schaltungen bei höherem Schaltvermögen als bisher zuläßt.
- Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruches 1 genannte Ausbildung gelöst.
- Zweckmäßige Aus- und Weiterbildungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in den Ansprüchen 2 und 3 angegeben.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung hat den Vorteil, daß Vorzündlichtbogen und Abschaltlichtbogen nur an den Vorschaltstellen ansetzen und daß die Hauptschaltstellen somit von Abbrand frei bleiben.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung rein schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen Pol eines mehrpoligen Hochspannungs-Lastschalters,
- Fig. 2 in Draufsicht den Eingriff des einen Endes der Kontaktbrücke nach Fig. 1 in ein ebenfalls aus Fig. 1 ersichtliches ortsfestes Kontaktstück.
- Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Pol eines mehrpoligen Hochspannungs-Lastschalters ist mit 1 ein Gehäuse bezeichnet, in das zwei sich gegenüberliegende ortsfeste Kontaktstücke 2 ragen.
- Die Kontaktstücke 2 sind durch eine Strombrücke 3 verbindbar, die von einer Antriebswelle 4 getragen ist, welche das Gehäuse 1 durchragt.
- Die Kontaktstücke 2 sind als Kontaktmesser ausgeführt und besitzen jeweils an ihrem ins Gehäuse 1 ragenden Ende eine an ihren Flanken als Hauptschaltstelle ausgebildete Verdickung 2a.
- Der Verdickung 2a folgt eine Einschnürung 2b, welche die Verdickung 2a in der Richtung überragt (Fig.1), die der durch Pfeil gekennzeichneten Einschaltbewegung der Antriebswelle 4 entgegengesetzt ist.
- Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, bestehen die Enden der Strombrücke 3 jeweils aus zwei durch das zugeordnete Kontaktstück 2 spreizbaren Kontaktbacken 3a. Die inneren Frontkanten der Kontaktbacken 3a sind einwärts gerichtet und bilden zu den Vorschaltstellen 2b der Kontaktstücke 2 korrespondierende Vorschaltstellen 3b.
- Die den Vorschaltstellen 3b folgenden Innenseiten der Kontaktbacken 3a sind als zu den Hauptschaltstellen der Kontaktstücke 2 korrespondierende Hauptschaltstellen ausgebildet.
- Durch die geschilderte Ausbildung wird erreicht, daß bei einer Einschaltbewegung der Antriebswelle 4 sich erst die Vorschaltstellen der Kontaktbacken 3 und der Kontaktstücke 2 berühren, ehe eine Berührung der Hauptschaltstellen erfolgt.
- Umgekehrt werden bei einer Ausschaltung der Antriebswelle 4 zuerst die Hauptschaltstellen der Strombrücke 3 und der Kontaktstücke 2 lichtbogenfrei getrennt, ehe unter Bildung eines Lichtbogens die Vorschaltstellen der Teile 2 und 3 getrennt werden.
- Zur Erhöhung des Schaltvermögens kann das Gehäuse 1 mit einem elektronegativen Gas beispielsweise SF6, gefüllt sein.
- Im dargestellten Beispiel sind auf der Antriebswelle 4 Flügel 4a angeordnet, während das Gehäuse 1 Anströmwände 1a aufweist (Fig.1). Die Flügel 4a und die Wände 1a sind so ausgebildet und angeordnet, daß sich insbesondere bei einer Ausschaltbewegung der Antriebswelle 4 eine die Löschung eines anstehenden Lichtbogens unterstützende Strömung des elektronegativen Gases ergibt.
