Abstract

La presente invención se dirige a un proceso para preparar intermediarios que son útiles para preparar ciertos compuestos antibacterianos de hidroxilamina N-formilo, los cuales son inhibidores de deformilasa de péptido. El proceso hace uso de un intermediario a ß-lactam. También se reclaman ciertos intermediarios ópticamente puros.
