Abstract

Los nuevos antagonistas de las integrinas a4b y/o a4b7 de la fórmula general I, o una sal parecida farmacéuticamente aceptable. En la cual: (Gráfico) R1 es C3 alquil, C3-10 alquenil, cicloalquil, cicloalquil-C1-10 alquil, cicloalquil-C2-10 heterociclil, heterociclil-C2-10 alquenil, heterociclil-C2-10 alquenil, heterociclil-C2-10 alquinil, aril, aril-C1-10 alquil, aril-C2-10 alquenil, aril-C2-10 alquinil, heteroaril, hetroaril-C1-10 alquil, heteroaril-C2-10 alquenil, o heteroaril-C2-10 alquinil; donde los grupos o moléculas mencionados alquil, alquenil o alquinil o alquinil son sustituidos o no sustituidos con uno a cuatro sustitutos, que pueden ser los mismos o diferentes y son seleccionados independientemente de Ra; y en donde los mencionados grupos o moléculas cicloalquil, heterociclil, aril y heteroaril son sustituidos o no sustituidos con uno a cuatro sustitutos, que pueden ser los mismos o diferentes y son seleccionados independientemente de Rb; r2 es hidrógeno, C1-16 alquil, C0-2 alquilcicloalquil, C0-2 alquilaril, Co-2alquiheteroaril, en los cuales los grupos o moléculas aril y heteroaril mencionados son sustituidos o no sustituidos con una a cuatro sustitutos, que pueden ser los mismos o diferentes y son independientemente seleccionados de Ra;
