Abstract

Изобретение относится к генетически сконструированной бактерии, содержащей энергогенерирующий ферментативный путь, и связанные с ними способы. В частности, в настоящем изобретении предложена бактерия, содержащая фосфатбутирилтрансферазу (Ptb) и бутираткиназу (Buk) (Ptb-Buk), действующие на ненативные субстраты, обеспечивая получение широкого спектра продуктов и промежуточных продуктов. Согласно некоторым вариантам реализации настоящее изобретение относится к введению Ptb-Buk в С1-фиксирующий микроорганизм, способный продуцировать продукты из газообразного субстрата.
