Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предлагаются нагруженные лекарственным средством твердые (например, непористые) микрочастицы с обработанной поверхностью, которые агрегируютс образованием консолидированной более крупной частицы для лекарственной терапии. В одном варианте осуществления частицы применяют для терапии зрения. Также предлагаются способы получения микрочастиц с обработанной поверхностью и инъекционных препаратов, которые включают микрочастицы с обработанной поверхностью. В случае применения для глаз может быть достигнута длительная устойчивая внутриглазная доставка без нарушения зрения и при сведении к минимуму нежелательных воспалительных ответов.
