Abstract

Описан непрерывный способ получения продукта алкилового эфира. Способ включает стадии карбонилирования этилена оксидом углерода в присутствии кореагента Cспирта с образованием продукта алкилового эфира. Карбонилирование протекает в присутствии каталитической системы, включающей а) бидентатный лиганд, b) каталитический металл, выбранный из металла группы 8, 9 или 10 или его соединения, и с) сульфоновую кислоту, способную образовывать алкиловый эфир кислоты с Cспиртом. Способ включает стадию отделения продукта алкилового эфира от сырого потока карбонилированного продукта путем обработки, являющейся эффективной для испарения продукта алкилового эфира в одностадийной колонне мгновенной дистилляции (флэш-дистилляции), и предоставляет очищенный поток продукта алкилового эфира, отделенный от бидентатного лиганда и каталитического металла. Дистилляционная колонна включает дополнительные средства разделения, являющиеся эффективными для обеспечения дополнительного отделения продукта.
