Abstract

Стекло для рассеивающего слоя для применения в органическом LED-элементе, которое содержит, в мол.% в расчете на содержание оксидов, от 0 до 20% PO, от 15 до 60% BO, от 15 до 28% BiOи от 20 до 50% ZnO, причем значение, определенное делением величины содержания РОна величину содержания ZnO, составляет менее 0,48, общая сумма величин содержания POи ВОсоставляет от 30 до 60%, содержание POсоставляет 10% или менее, когда общая сумма величин содержания POи BOсоставляет более 50%, и свинец (PbO или PbO) , LiO, NaO и KO, по существу, не содержатся, кроме того, что эти компоненты содержатся как загрязняющие примеси.
