Abstract
Изобретение относится к новому способу получения соединения общей формулыа также его солянокислых солей, и/или гидратов, и/или сольватов, растворением или суспендированием транс-4-{2-[4-(2,3-дихлорфенил)пиперазин-1-ил]этил}циклогексиламина формулы (III), или его соли, или гидрата, или сольвата в инертном растворителе в присутствии основания, затем добавлением производного угольной кислоты общей формулы (VI), в которой R является Cалкилом с линейной или разветвленной цепью или полностью галогенированным Cалкилом, Z представляет собой -O-R или -X, при этом R является таким, как описано выше, Х является галогеном, и взаимодействием полученного соединения общей формулы (IV), в которой R является таким, как описано выше, in situ или, необязательно, в выделенном состоянии с амином общей формулы (V), в которой Rи Rявляются такими, как описано в описании, с получением соединения общей формулы (I), а затем, необязательно, получением его солянокислых солей, и/или гидратов, и/или сольватов.
