Abstract
Данное изобретение обеспечивает технологию биобезопасного фотобиологического продуцирования бутанола на основе сконструированных трансгенных растений, сконструированных водорослей, сконструированных сине-зеленых водорослей (цианобактерий и оксихлоробактерий) или сконструированных растительных клеток. Сконструированные фотосинтетические организмы создаются так, чтобы эндогенный механизм фотобиологической регуляции был управляемым, и восстановительная способность (НАДФН) и энергия (АТФ), приобретенные в результате фотосинтетического процесса, использовались для синтеза бутанола (СНСНСНСНОН) непосредственно из диоксида углерода (СO) и воды (НО). Способы продуцирования бутанола данного изобретения целиком устраняют проблему неподатливых лигноцеллюлоз путем обхода проблемы узких мест технологии биомассы. Технология фотобиологического продуцирования бутанола данного изобретения, как ожидается, обладает более высокой эффективностью энергопревращения солнечной энергии в бутанол, чем современная технология, и может также помочь защитить окружающую среду Земли от опасного накопления COв атмосфере.
