Abstract

Изобретение относится к формовочной смеси для получения литейной формы для металлообработки, к способу получения литейной формы, к литейной форме, полученной этим способом, а также к ее применению. Для получения литейной формы используют огнеупорный основной формовочный материал, а также связующее на основе жидкого стекла. К связующему добавляют фракцию измельченного оксида металла, который выбран из группы диоксида кремния, оксида алюминия, оксида титана и оксида циркония, причем особенно предпочтительно используют синтезированный аморфный диоксид кремния. В качестве следующего существенного компонента формовочная смесь содержит углевод. Благодаря добавлению углеводов можно улучшить механическую прочность литейной формы, а также чистоту обработки поверхности отливки.
