Abstract

 本発明の課題は、S含有量を低減でき、さらにAlの混入を防ぎ、良好な鋳肌と内部性状を有し、晶出物が微細化された銅合金の製造を可能にすることである。本発明は、CaF2:20~45質量%、CaO:10~30質量%、SiO2:10~30質量%、LiF:10~20質量%、ZrO2:5~15質量%を含有し、その他不純物:1質量%以下であり、 17.0(LiFの含有量+ZrO2の含有量)-556 ≦ CaF2の含有量 ≦ 4.1(LiFの含有量+ZrO2の含有量)-80.9 の式を満たす配合からなる銅合金向けエレクトロスラグ再溶解用スラグおよび該スラグを用いた銅合金の製造方法に関する。
