Abstract
1. Композиция для получения огнеупорного материала, содержащая шпинель и оксид циркония, а также крупную фракцию в количестве более 50 мас.% и мелкую фракцию, крупная фракция имеет зерна размером более 20 мкм, а мелкая фракция имеет зерна размером менее 20 мкм, причем мелкая фракция содержит магнезиально-глиноземистую шпинель и/или спеченную шпинель и/или плавленую шпинель и количество магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели в мелкой фракции составляет 70-100 мас.%, и количество оксида циркония в мелкой фракции составляет от более 12 до 30 мас.%. ! 2. Композиция по п.1, в которой крупная фракция содержит магнезиально-глиноземистую шпинель и/или спеченную шпинель, и/или плавленую шпинель. ! 3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой мелкая фракция содержит оксид циркония.
Claims (3)
1. Композиция для получения огнеупорного материала, содержащая шпинель и оксид циркония, а также крупную фракцию в количестве более 50 мас.% и мелкую фракцию, крупная фракция имеет зерна размером более 20 мкм, а мелкая фракция имеет зерна размером менее 20 мкм, причем мелкая фракция содержит магнезиально-глиноземистую шпинель и/или спеченную шпинель и/или плавленую шпинель и количество магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели в мелкой фракции составляет 70-100 мас.%, и количество оксида циркония в мелкой фракции составляет от более 12 до 30 мас.%.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой крупная фракция содержит магнезиально-глиноземистую шпинель и/или спеченную шпинель, и/или плавленую шпинель.
3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой мелкая фракция содержит оксид циркония.
