前記第1視点の変形として、ジルコニア焼結体の断面写真において、各ジルコニア粒子の断面積を算出し、前記断面積を基に、前記断面写真において各ジルコニア粒子の断面形状が円形であると仮定した場合の換算粒径を算出し、前記換算粒径を基に、各ジルコニア粒子を0.4μm未満、0.4μm以上0.76μm未満及び0.76μm以上にクラス分けし、各クラスにおいてジルコニア粒子の断面積の総計を算出し、断面積を算出した全ジルコニア粒子の総断面積に対する各クラスの断面積割合を算出した場合、前記換算粒径が0.4μm未満のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が4%以上35%以下であり、前記換算粒径が0.4μm以上0.76μm未満のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が24%以上57%以下であり、前記換算粒径が0.76μm以上のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が16%以上62%以下であり、JISK7361に準拠して測定した光の透過率が27%以上かつ35%以下である。
Claims (7)
- ジルコニア焼結体の断面写真において、各ジルコニア粒子の断面積を算出し、
前記断面積を基に、前記断面写真において各ジルコニア粒子の断面形状が円形であると仮定した場合の換算粒径を算出し、
前記換算粒径を基に、各ジルコニア粒子を0.4μm未満、0.4μm以上0.76μm未満及び0.76μm以上にクラス分けし、
各クラスにおいてジルコニア粒子の断面積の総計を算出し、
断面積を算出した全ジルコニア粒子の総断面積に対する各クラスの断面積割合を算出した場合、
前記換算粒径が0.4μm未満のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が4%以上35%以下であり、
前記換算粒径が0.4μm以上0.76μm未満のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が24%以上57%以下であり、
前記換算粒径が0.76μm以上のクラスにおけるジルコニア粒子の断面積割合が16%以上62%以下であり、
JISK7361に準拠して測定した光の透過率が27%以上かつ35%以下であることを特徴とするジルコニア焼結体。 - JISR1601に準拠して測定した曲げ強度が1000MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジルコニア焼結体。
- JISR1607に準拠して測定した破壊靭性が3.5MPa・m1/2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のジルコニア焼結体。
- 180℃、1MPaで5時間水熱処理試験を施した後のジルコニア焼結体のX線回折パターンにおいて、2θが30°付近の正方晶由来の[111]ピークが生ずる位置付近に存在するピークの高さに対する、2θが28°付近の単斜晶由来の[11−1]ピークが生ずる位置付近に存在するピークの高さの比が1以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のジルコニア焼結体。
- Lab色空間におけるL*値が55〜75であり、a*値が−5〜10であり、b*値が−5〜30であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のジルコニア焼結体。
- 1400℃〜1600℃で焼結することにより請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のジルコニア焼結体となることを特徴とする、ジルコニア焼結体を製造するための組成物。
- 1400℃〜1600℃で焼結することにより請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のジルコニア焼結体となることを特徴とする、ジルコニア焼結体を製造するための仮焼体。
