Abstract

1. Способ изготовления материала КНБ, содержащий:- обеспечение порошковой композиции, содержащей зерна КНБ, алюминий и порошок Ti(CNO),- подвергание этой порошковой композиции операции размалывания с образованием порошковой смеси,- подвергание этой порошковой смеси операции формования с образованием неспеченного тела,- подвергание упомянутого неспеченного тела этапу предварительного спекания при температуре от примерно 650 до примерно 950ºС с образованием предварительно спеченного тела,- подвергание упомянутого предварительно спеченного тела операции ВДВТ с образованием материала КНБ;отличающийся тем, что для упомянутого порошка Ti(CNO)0,05≤z≤0,4.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором порошок Ti(CNO)обеспечивают в количестве от 10 до 70 мас.% от общей массы сухого порошка порошковой композиции.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором для порошка Ti(CNO)0,01≤x≤0,95, 0≤y≤0,95 и 0,05≤z≤0,4.4. Способ по п. 3, в котором для порошка Ti(CNO)0,3≤x≤0,95, 0≤y≤0,5 и 0,05≤z≤0,3.5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором для порошка Ti(CNO)0,9≤а≤1,1.6. Способ по п. 1, в котором алюминий обеспечивают в количестве от 1 до 10 мас.% от общей массы сухого порошка порошковой композиции.7. Способ по п. 1, в котором добавляют W так, чтобы количество W составляло от 1 до 12 мас.% от материала КНБ, и добавляют Со так, чтобы количество Со составляло от 0,5 до 9 мас.% от материала КНБ, где соотношение W/Co составляет от 1,0 до 2,0.8. Способ по п. 1, в котором часть порошка Ti(CNO)заменена стехиометрическим TiN, TiC и/или TiCN.9. Способ по п. 1, в котором к порошковой композиции добавляют размольную жидкость, образуя суспензию, и при этом операцию размалывания сопровождают операцией сушки с образованием порошковой смеси.10. Claims (16)

1. Способ изготовления материала КНБ, содержащий:
- обеспечение порошковой композиции, содержащей зерна КНБ, алюминий и порошок Ti(CxNyOz)a,
- подвергание этой порошковой композиции операции размалывания с образованием порошковой смеси,
- подвергание этой порошковой смеси операции формования с образованием неспеченного тела,
- подвергание упомянутого неспеченного тела этапу предварительного спекания при температуре от примерно 650 до примерно 950ºС с образованием предварительно спеченного тела,
- подвергание упомянутого предварительно спеченного тела операции ВДВТ с образованием материала КНБ;
отличающийся тем, что для упомянутого порошка Ti(CxNyOz)a 0,05≤z≤0,4.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором порошок Ti(CxNyOz)a обеспечивают в количестве от 10 до 70 мас.% от общей массы сухого порошка порошковой композиции.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором для порошка Ti(CxNyOz)a 0,01≤x≤0,95, 0≤y≤0,95 и 0,05≤z≤0,4.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором для порошка Ti(CxNyOz)a 0,3≤x≤0,95, 0≤y≤0,5 и 0,05≤z≤0,3.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором для порошка Ti(CxNyOz)a 0,9≤а≤1,1.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором алюминий обеспечивают в количестве от 1 до 10 мас.% от общей массы сухого порошка порошковой композиции.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором добавляют W так, чтобы количество W составляло от 1 до 12 мас.% от материала КНБ, и добавляют Со так, чтобы количество Со составляло от 0,5 до 9 мас.% от материала КНБ, где соотношение W/Co составляет от 1,0 до 2,0.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором часть порошка Ti(CxNyOz)a заменена стехиометрическим TiN, TiC и/или TiCN.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором к порошковой композиции добавляют размольную жидкость, образуя суспензию, и при этом операцию размалывания сопровождают операцией сушки с образованием порошковой смеси.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором операцию сушки проводят посредством распылительной сушки.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором предварительное спекание осуществляют при температуре от примерно 850ºС до примерно 930ºС.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором операцию ВДВТ выполняют при давлении от примерно 55 до примерно 75 кбар и температуре от примерно 1300ºС до примерно 1600ºС.
13. Материал КНБ, изготовленный согласно способу по любому из пп. 1-12.
14. Материал КНБ по п. 13, использованный в качестве режущего инструмента.
15. Материал КНБ, содержащий зерна КНБ, фазу Al2O3, связующую фазу из TiC, TiN и/или TiCN, W и Со, отличающийся тем, что частное Q материала КНБ составляет <0,25, причем частное Q представляет собой частное между средним доли F и содержанием С, причем доля F представляет собой долю в %, которую составляет общая площадь островков, содержащих W и/или Со, от общей площади материала КНБ на СЭМ-изображении материала КНБ при 2000-8000-кратном увеличении, причем среднее доли F вычисляют, исходя из доли F десяти различных СЭМ-изображений выбранных областей материала КНБ, и причем содержание С представляет собой содержание W в мас.% в материале КНБ.
16. Материал КНБ по п. 15, в котором частное Q<0,15.
