Пиридиламидные соединения формулы (I)где Rпредставляет собой -Салкил или насыщенный моноциклический циклоалкил; m равно 1 или 2; Х представляет собой N или СН; Y представляет собой N или CR; Rпредставляет собой -Н, -Z-Ar, -CHNRR, -CN, -COCалкил, -COH или -CONRR; где каждый из Rи Rнезависимо представляет собой -Н или -Салкил; Rпредставляет собой -Н или -Z-Ar; при условии, что один из Х и Y представляет собой N, а один из Rи Rпредставляет собой -Z-Ar; где Z представляет собой О или S; а Ar представляет собой фенильную или моноциклическую гетероарильную группу, незамещенную или замещенную одним, двумя или тремя заместителями R; где каждый из заместителей Rнезависимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, -Салкила, -ОН, -ОСалкила, -SCалкила, -CN, -CONRRи -NO, где каждый из Rи Rнезависимо представляет собой -Н или -Салкил; где указанные соединения представляют собой модуляторы гистаминового Н-рецептора, которые могут быть использованы для лечения заболеваний, опосредуемых гистаминовым Н-рецептором.
