Abstract
Предлагается способ отделения оксида алкилена от водной смеси, в котором образуется диоксан в количестве ниже порога его определения. Водную смесь, содержащую оксид алкилена, контактируют с ионообменной смолой на основе карбоновой кислоты для извлечения оксида алкилена из водной смеси. Ионообменную емкость смолы восстанавливают с помощью кислотной промывки при температуре по меньшей мере 60°С, причем регенерация смолы не приводит к образованию диоксана в отработанной кислотной промывке. Способ в частности применим к очистке водного раствора 3-гидроксипропиональдегида, получающегося при экстракции водой реакционной смеси гидроформилирования, содержащей оксид этилена.
