Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения циталопрама или любого из его энантиомеров и кислотно-аддитивных солей, включающему реакцию соединения формулы (II)с диеном формулы (III)где Х обозначает О, S, SO, -N=N-, -СО-O-, -O-СО-, или с диеном формулы (IV)где R обозначает алкил или необязательно замещенный арил или арилалкил. Изобретение также относится к промежуточным соединениям, применяемым в новом способе получения циталопрама, а также к циталопраму, получаемому по новому способу.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
