Abstract

Матричные металлопротеиназы (ММП) представляют собой группу ферментов, вовлеченных в патологическую деструкцию соединительной ткани и базальных мембран. Эти цинксодержащие эндопептидазы содержат несколько ферментных субъединиц, состоящих из коллагеназ, стромелизинов и желатиназ. TNF-α превращающий фермент (ТАПФ), про-воспалительный цитокин, катализирует образование TNF-α из присоединенного к мембране TNF-α белкового предшественника.
