Abstract
Изобретение относится к сверхвысокомолекулярному полиэтиленовому (СВМПЭ) волокну с оптимизированным свойством ползучести, полученному прядением СВМПЭ, содержащего этильные или бутильные ответвления и имеющего такое напряжение при удлинении (ES), что, в случае когда волокно получено путем прядения СВМПЭ, содержащего этильные ответвления, соотношениемежду количеством этильных ответвлений на 1000 углеродных атомов (CH/1000C) и величиной напряжения при удлинении составляет от 1,00 до 3,00, причем упомянутое СВМПЭ-волокно при воздействии нагрузки 600 МПа при температуре 70°C имеет характерное время ползучести по меньшей мере 125 ч, и, в случае когда волокно получено путем прядения из СВМПЭ, содержащего бутильные ответвления, соотношениемежду количеством бутильных ответвлений на 1000 углеродных атомов (CH/1000C) и величиной напряжения при удлинении составляет от 0,2 до 3,0, причем упомянутое СВМПЭ-волокно при воздействии нагрузки 600 МПа при температуре 70°C имеет характерное время ползучести по меньшей мере 90 ч.
