Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con métodos para preparar bebidas basadas en cereales. En particular, la presente invención provee, por ejemplo, métodos para el remojado y germinación del cereal bajo aireación continua. La presente invención también provee la molienda húmeda de granos de cereal germinado y la transferencia directa del grano germinado, sin secado, a la cervecería para su procesado ulterior. Comparado con los métodos actuales, los métodos de la presente invención reducen significativamente el consumo de agua, el consumo de energía y la necesidad de transporte.
