Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способам получения напитков на основе зерновых культур. В частности, настоящее изобретение обеспечивает, например, способы замачивания и проращивания зерна зерновых культур при постоянной аэрации. Настоящее изобретение также обеспечивает размол во влажном состоянии пророщенного зерна зерновых культур и непосредственный перенос пророщенного зерна, без сушки, в пивоварню для дальнейшей переработки. По сравнению с существующими способами способы настоящего изобретения значительно снижают необходимое потребление воды, энергозатраты и транспортные затраты.
