Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способам получения напитка на основе зерновых культур. Настоящее изобретение относится, например, к способам замачивания и проращивания зерна зерновой культуры при непрерывной аэрации. В частности, настоящее изобретение относится к способам нагревания пророщенных зерен зерновой культуры перед мокрым помолом пророщенных зерен зерновой культуры и непосредственного перемещения пророщенного зерна без сушки в пивоварню для дальнейшей обработки. По сравнению с существующими способами способы в соответствии с настоящим изобретением существенно снижают потребление воды, потребление энергии и необходимость транспортировки.
