Abstract

um processo de etanol de moagem a seco compreende as etapas de: moagem a seco de grãos de milho para formar uma farinha de milho; combinação da farinha de milho com água para formar uma polpa; fermentação da polpa produzindo assim cerveja e dióxido de carbono; adição de um ácido alcanossulfônico à cerveja em uma quantidade suficiente para ajustar o ph para uma faixa de cerca de 3 a cerca de 5; destilação da cerveja para produzir etanol e vinhaça integral; e processamento da vinhaça integral para produzir grãos úmidos de destilaria com solúveis e/ou grãos secos de destilaria com solúveis.
