Claims (7)

1. Austenitisk rustfrit stålrør bestående af, ved masseprocent, 0,01 til 0,2% C, 0,1 til 2,0% Si, 0,1 til 3,0% Mn, 14 til 28% Cr og 6 til 30% Ni, eventuelt ved masse%, mindst ét element valgt fra mindst én gruppe af den første gruppe til 5 den fjerde gruppe beskrevet nedenfor, og balancen er Fe og urenheder hvor stålrøret har en metal-mikro-struktur, i hvilken en gennemsnitsdislokationstætheden, der er bestemt af XRD-måling under anvendelse af et Co-rør, er 3,0 x 1014 /m2 3 til 1,0 x 1016 /m2 i området ned til dybde på ca. 5 pm fra overfladen af stålrøret: 10 Første gruppe: Mo: 5% eller derunder, W: 10% eller derunder, Cu: 5% eller derunder, og Ta: 5% eller derunder; Anden gruppe: N: 0,3% eller derunder; Tredje gruppe: V: 1,0% eller derunder, Nb: 1.5% eller derunder, og Ti: 0,5% eller derunder; 15 Fjerde gruppe: Ca: 0,02% eller derunder, Mg: 0,02% eller derunder, Al: 0,3% eller derunder, Zr: 0,5% eller derunder, B: 0,02% eller derunder, og REM: 0,1% eller derunder.
2. Austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge krav 1, hvor kornstørrelsen af stålrøret er 50 pm eller derunder. 20

Austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, indeholdende mindst én af følgende: 0,1% eller derover af mindst ét af elementerne fra den første gruppe; 0,005% eller derover N; 25 0,01% eller derover af ét eller flere af elementerne fra den tredje gruppe; og 0,0001% eller derover af ét eller flere af elementerne fra den fjerde gruppe. 2

Austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor dislokationstætheden et opnået ved at give kontrollerede slag eller stød til den indre overflade af det austenitisk rustfrie stålrør ved at anvende mindst én af kuglesandblæsning, sandblæsning, beskydningsforarbejdning, sandslibning, 5 sandforarbejdning, stærk luftstrøm, vanddyse eller ultrasoniske bølger.
5. Anvendelse af austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav som et element til et energi-genererende anlæg.
6. Anvendelse af austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge krav 5, hvor det energigenererende anlæg har en driftstemperatur på 550°C eller derover.
7. Anvendelse af austenitisk rustfrit stålrør ifølge krav 5 eller 6 i et højtemperaturmiljø i hvilket temperaturen nårca. 750°C. 15
