Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen afen lignin-indeholdende udgangsfiber til fremstillingen af carbonfibre og/eller aktiverede carbonfibre, i hvilken a) en opløsning, omfattende mindst en slags lignin og også mindst en fiberdannende polymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af cellulose eller cellulose-derivater i mindst et solvent, valgt fra gruppen bestående af tertiære aminoxider og/eller ioniske væsker, b) overføres til et koagulationsbad ved ekstrudering af opløsningen igennem en spindedyse ved luftspaltespinningsfremgangsmåden, hvor den lignin-indeholdende udgangsfiber bundfælder.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 , kendetegnet ved at opløsningen anvendt i trin a) fremstilles ved omrøring eller æltning af den mindst ene slags lignin og også af den mindst ene fiberdannende polymer i det mindst ene solvent, fortrinsvis ved temperaturer på 60 °C eller mere, især foretrukket ved 80 °C eller mere.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen filtreres før indføring i koagulationsbadet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at spinningshul-diameteren af spindedysen er fra 50 til 600 pm, fortrinsvis 100 til 500 pm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at formgivningen udføres med luftspaltespinningsfremgangsmåden, hvor luftspalten fortrinsvis er mindst 10 mm, fortrinsvis mindst 20 mm og højst 500 mm.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den lignin-indeholdende fiber ifølge b) a) strækkes, fortrinsvis strækkes til mindst 1,1 gange, yderligere foretrukket til 1,1 til 12 gange, især foretrukket til mindst 1,5 gange, især foretrukket til mindst 2 gange dens længde, i særdeleshed ved en temperatur på mindst 60 °C, fortrinsvis mindst 80 °C, yderligere foretrukket mindst 90 °C, især foretrukket på mindst 100 °C, hvor strækningen implementeres fortrinsvis i bundfældningsbadet, i luft eller i vanddamp, b) vaskes, fortrinsvis vasket med demineraliseret vand, c) behandles efterfølgende med tekstilhjælpemidler til at forbedre trådstyrken og til at undgå elektrostatiske ladninger, d) tørres, i særdeleshed ved at opvikle eller omvikle fiberen på eller omkring varmeruller og/eller ved gennemstrømningstørring ved en temperatur på mindst 80 °C, fortrinsvis mindst 100 °C og/eller e) vikles op.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fiberen behandles med en spinningolie før tørring, efter tørring eller før og efter tørring.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at, henholdsvis i forhold til hele opløsningen, er koncentrationen a) af den mindst ene slags lignin fra 1 til 99 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 2 til 30 vægtprocent, især foretrukket fra 3 til 20 vægtprocent, og/eller b) af den mindst ene fiberdannende polymer fra 1 til 99 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 5 til 40 vægtprocent, især foretrukket fra 7 til 30 vægtprocent.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at koagulationsbadet omfatter vand eller en blanding af vand og en organisk væske, såsom aprotiske polære solventer, i særdeleshed DMSO; såsom alifatiske amider, der er flydende ved stuetemperatur, i særdeleshed dimethylformamid (DMF) eller dimethylacetamid (DMAc); tertiære aminoxider, i særdeleshed N-methylmorpholin-N- oxid; ioniske væsker, fortrinsvis ioniske væsker valgt fra gruppen bestående af imidazolium-forbindelser, pyridinium-forbindelser eller tetraalkylammonium-forbindelser, især foretrukket l-butyl-3-methylimidazoliumchlorid, l-butyl-3-methylimidazoliumacetat, 1 -ethyl-3-methylimidazoliumacetat.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at pH-værdien af koagulationsbadet er mellem 1 og 7, fortrinsvis mellem 2 og 5.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den tertiære aminoxid, er vandig N-methylmorpholin-N-oxid (NMMO), især NMMNO monohydrat og de ioniske væsker, vælges fra gruppen bestående af imidazolium-forbindelser, pyridinium-forbindelser eller tetraalkylammonium-forbindelser, især foretrukket l-butyl-3-methylimidazoliumchlorid, 1 -butyl-3-methylimidazoliumacetat, l-ethyl-3- methylimidazoliumacetat; og/eller blandinger heraf.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at cellulosen og/eller cellulose-derivaterne, vælges af gruppen bestående af cellulosecarbamat, celluloseallophanat, og hemicellulose; og/eller blandinger eller iblandinger heraf.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den mindst ene slags lignin er resultatet af træ- og etårig- plantepulpningsfremgangsmåder og vælges i særdeleshed fra gruppen bestående af alkalilignin, kraftlignin, lignosulfonat, thiolignin, organosolvlignin, ASAM-lignin, ligniner fra nedbrydningsprocesser ved hjælp af ioniske væsker eller enzymer og/eller kombinationer eller blandinger heraf.
14. Udgangsfiber til fremstillingen af carbonfibre, kendetegnet ved a) et indhold af mindst en slags lignin på 1 til 99 vægtprocent, b) et indhold af mindst en slags fiberdannende polymer, valgt fra gruppen bestående af cellulose og/eller cellulose-derivater, på 1 til 99 vægtprocent, og c) en styrke på mindst 20 cN/tex, og /eller d) et elasticitetsmodul på mindst 1.000 cN/tex, fortrinsvis mindst 1.300 cN/tex.
