Claims (11)
1. Mutant alkalisk cellulase, der er sammensat af (a) aminosyresekvensen af en alkalisk cellulase beskrevet i SEQ ID NO: 2, eller (b) aminosyresekvensen af en alkalisk cellulase med mindst 70% identitet med aminosyresekvensen af SEQ ID NO: 2 i hvilken aminosyregruppen ved positionen svarende til position 58 af SEQ ID NO:2 er substitueret med en arginin- eller glutaminsyregruppe.
2. Mutant alkalisk cellulasen ifølge krav 1, hvor en signalsekvens sammensat af aminosyregrupperne ved positionerne 1 til 30 af aminosyresekvensen beskrevet i SEQ ID NO: 2 er deleteret.
3. Gen der koder for mutant alkalisk cellulasen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 or 2.
4. Rekombinant vektor, omfattende genet ifølge krav 3.
5. Transformant, omfattende den rekombinante vektor ifølge krav 4.
6. Transformanten ifølge krav 5, der er en mikroorganisme.
7. Anti-redepositionsmiddel, omfattende mutant alkalisk cellulasen ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
8. Enzymsammensætning, omfattende mutant alkalisk cellulasen ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
9. Enzymsammensætningen ifølge krav 8, yderligere omfattende ét eller flere enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en protease, en cellulase, en β-glucanase, en hemicellulase, en lipase, en peroxidase, en laccase, en a-amylase, en glucoamylase, en cutinase, en pectinase, en reductase, en oxidase, en phenoloxidase, en ligninase, en pullulanase, en pectatlyase, en xyloglucanase, en xylanase, en pectinacetylesterase, en polygalacturonase, en rhamnogalacturo-nase, en pektinlyase, en anden mannanase, en pektinmethylesterase, en cellobio-hydrolase, en transglutaminase, og blandinger deraf.
10. Rengøringsmiddelsammensætning, omfattende mutant alkalisk cellulasen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, anti-redepositionsmidlet ifølge krav 7, eller enzymsammensætningen ifølge krav 8 eller 9.
11. Fremgangsmåde til forøgelse af anti-redepositionevnen af en alkalisk cellulase, omfattende udskiftning indenfor (a) aminosyresekvensen afen alkalisk cellulase beskrevet i SEQ ID NO: 2; eller (b) aminosyresekvensen afen alkalisk cellulase med mindst 70% identitet med aminosyresekvensen af SEQ ID NO:2, aminosyregruppen ved positionen svarende til position 58 af SEQ ID NO: 2 med en arginin- eller glutaminsyregruppe.
