Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til nedbrydning eller omdannelse af et celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: behandling af det celluloseholdige materiale med en enzymsammensætning, som omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer, i nærværelse af et polypeptid med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet er valgt blandt et polypeptid, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens, som udviser mindst 90% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, hvor sekvensidentiteten mellem to aminosyresekvenser bestemmes ved anvendelse af Needle-programmet fra EMBOSS-pakken (EMBOSS: The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite, Rice et al., 2000, Trends Genet. 16: 276-277), version 3.0.0 eller nyere, ved anvendelse af en "gap open penalty" på 10, en "gap extension penalty" på 0,5 og EBLOSUM62 (EMBOSS-version af BLOSUM62)-substitutionsmatrixen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en endoglucanase, en cellobiohydrolase og en beta-glucosidase.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, som endvidere omfatter indvinding af det nedbrudte celluloseholdige materiale.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor det nedbrudte celluloseholdige materiale er et sukker.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet omfatter eller består af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 eller det modne polypeptid deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (A) forsukring af et celluloseholdigt materiale med en enzymsammensætning, som omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer, i nærværelse af et polypeptid med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet er valgt blandt et polypeptid, som omfatter en aminosyresekvens, der udviser mindst 90% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, hvor sekvensidentiteten mellem to aminosyresekvenser bestemmes ved anvendelse af Needle-programmet fra EMBOSS-pakken (EMBOSS: The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite, Rice et al., 2000, Trends Genet. 16: 276-277), version 3.0.0 eller nyere, ved anvendelse af en "gap open penalty" på 10, en "gap extension penalty" på 0,5 og EBLOSUM62 (EMBOSS-version af BLOSUM62)-substitutionsmatrixen; (B) fermentering af det forsukrede celluloseholdige materiale med en eller flere fermenterende mikroorganismer; og (C) indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en endoglucanase, en cellobiohydrolase og en beta-glucosidase.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet omfatter eller består af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 eller det modne polypeptid deraf.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fermentering af et celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: fermentering af det celluloseholdige materiale med en eller flere fermenterende mikroorganismer, hvor det celluloseholdige materiale er forsukret med en enzymsammensætning, som omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer, i nærværelse af et polypeptid med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet er valgt blandt et polypeptid, som omfatter en aminosyresekvens, der udviser mindst 90% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, hvor sekvensidentiteten mellem to aminosyresekvenser bestemmes ved anvendelse af Needle-programmet fra EMBOSS-pakken (EMBOSS: The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite, Rice et al., 2000, Trends Genet. 16: 276-277), version 3.0.0 eller nyere, ved anvendelse af en "gap open penalty" på 10, en "gap extension penalty" på 0,5 og EBLOSUM62 (EMBOSS-version af BLOSUM62)-substitutionsmatrixen.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor fermenteringen af det celluloseholdige materiale frembringer et fermenteringsprodukt.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, som endvidere omfatter indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter et eller flere cellulolytiske enzymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af en endoglucanase, en cellobiohydrolase og en beta-glucosidase.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-12, hvor polypeptidet med cellulolyseforbedrende aktivitet omfatter eller består af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 eller det modne polypeptid deraf.
14.
