Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en neutral, lager-stabil og enteral ikke-gel flydende sammensætning med et energi-indhold liggende i området fra 110 kcal/100 g til 200 kcal/100 g og et proteinindhold liggende i området fra 8 g/100 g til 13 g/100 g eller 90 g/L til 143 g/L, hvor det samlede proteinindhold er sammensat af 60-100% ikke-hydrolyseret intakt valleprotein, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at: (a) blande mindst én valleproteinkilde med mindst én carbohydratkilde, lipidkilde og emulgeringsmiddel i vand ved et temperaturområde på mellem 30°C -60°C til at danne en første blanding; (b) tilsætte til den første blanding mindst ét mineral, vitamin, sporstofelement, og fortykningsmiddel og mindst én yderligere bestanddel for at danne en anden blanding; (c) justere pH'en af den anden blanding til mellem 6,5 og 7,5 ved at tilsætte en base eller syre af levnedsmiddelkvalitet for at opnå en neutral flydende sammensætning der ikke gelerer; (d) forvarme den neutrale, ikke-gel flydende sammensætning ved en temperatur på mellem 60-80°C; (e) eksponere den neutrale, ikke-gel flydende sammensætning under ultrahøj temperaturbehandling under anvendelse af direkte dampindsprøjtning ved et temperaturområde på mellem 140-145°C i 7 sekunders opholdstid for at opnå en neutrale, lager-stabil ikke-gel flydende sammensætning; (f) homogenisere den neutrale, lager-stabile ikke-gel flydende sammensætning ved et temperaturområde på 60°C-80°C ved et totaltryk på 200 bar; (g) afkøle den neutrale, lager-stabil ikke-gel flydende sammensætning ved et temperaturområde på 20°C -35°C; og (h) overføre den neutrale, lager-stabil ikke-gel flydende sammensætning i en steriliseret beholder til enteral anvendelse.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor det samlede proteinindhold er sammensat af mindst 95% ikke-hydrolyseret valleprotein.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor blandingstrinnet i trin (a) udføres ved en temperatur på 30°C-35°C.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst ét fortykningsmiddel er en stivelse.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor base-opløsningen af levnedsmiddelkvalitet i trin (c) er kaliumhydroxid eller natriumhydroxid.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor syren af levnedsmiddelkvalitet i trin (c) er citronsyre eller phosphorsyre.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor forvarmningstrinnet (d) udføres ved 65°C eller derunder ved hjælp af en rørformet varmeveksler.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den direkte dampindsprøjtning i trin (e) udvikles af et flash ved et temperaturområde på mellem 60°C -80°C eller ved 65°C.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor homogeniseringstrinnet i trin (f) udføres ved 65°C.
