Description
idet X = H, Cl eller Br, T = O eller S og Y er en arabinose-, xylose- eller riboserest, en acetyleret sådan med enten pyran- eller furankonfiguration og bundet som c- eller p-anomer, fremstilles ved reaktion mellen R-H og ose-forbindelsen i acetyleret form i støkiometrisk forhold i acetonitril under ^ og omrøring ved stuetemperatur i 12 - 24 timer og i nærvær af 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexanmethy1-disilanzan, trimethylchlorsilan og tintetrachlorid.
Forbindelserne er aktive over for vira og bakterier, og visse af dem indvirker på hjerte-kar-systemet, hvor for de anvendes i lægemidler især til bekæmpelse af virussygdomme .
