Claims (15)
1. Fremstillet genstand, der er egnet til anvendelse som levnedsmiddelemballage, omfattende: et fiberark bestående af silkepapir med en vægt fra 19,5 til 24,4 g/m2 (12-15 lb/3000 ft2), idet mindst en del af fiberarket er belagt eller imprægneret med en bionedbrydelig sammensætning, der gør fiberarket mere bestandigt over for væsker, og som giver en genstand, der er egnet til anvendelse som levnedsmiddelemballage, idet den bionedbrydelige sammensætning omfatter: mindst én blød termoplastisk bionedbrydelig polymer med en glasovergangstemperatur under -4°C, fortrinsvis en glasovergangstemperatur under -10°C, især en glasovergangstemperatur under -20°C og mere specielt under -30°C, mindst én stiv termoplastisk bionedbrydelig polymer med en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 10°C.
2. Fremstillet genstand ifølge krav 1, hvori den stive termoplastiske bionedbrydelige polymere omfatter mindst én blandt et modificeret polyethylenterephthalat, i hvilket en del af terephthalatgrupperne er erstattet med mindst én alifatisk disyre; et polyesteramid; et polyhydroxybutyrat med en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 10°C; en terpolymer, der omfatter enheder dannet ud fra glycolid, lactid og ε-caprolacton; en polymælkesyre eller et polymælkesyrederivat.
3. Fremstillet genstand ifølge krav 1, hvori den bløde termoplastiske bionedbrydelige polymere omfatter mindst én blandt en alifatisk polyester omfattende enheder dannet ud fra mindst én blandt et lactid eller en hydroxysyre med mindst 4 carbonatomer; en polyester, der omfatter enheder dannet ud fra ravsyre og en alifatisk diol; polycaprolacton; polyhydroxybutyrat-hydroxyvalerat-copolymer; polybutylensuccinat; polybutylensuccinatadipat; polyethylensuccinat; termoplastisk stivelse; eller en alifatisk-aromatisk copolyester, der omfatter enheder dannet ud fra en alifatisk diol, en alifatisk disyre og en aromatisk disyre.

Fremstillet genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvori den stive termoplastiske bionedbrydelige polymere indgår i et område på 20 til 99 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning, fortrinsvis i en koncentration på mindst 40 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning og især i en koncentration på mindst, men ikke inklusive, 50 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning.
5. Fremstillet genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvori den stive termoplastiske bionedbrydelige polymere har en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 15°C, fortrinsvis en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 25°C og især en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 35°C.
6. Fremstillet genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvori den bløde termoplastiske bionedbrydelige polymere indgår i en koncentration op til 70 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning, fortrinsvis i en koncentration op til, men ikke inklusive, 50 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning og isæren koncentration op til 45 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning.

Fremstillet genstand ifølge krav 1 til 6, hvori den bionedbrydelige sammensætning endvidere omfatter mindst ét partikelformigt fyldstof, der omfatter mindst én blandt siliciumdioxid, calciumcarbonat, ler, talkum, glimmer, aluminiumoxid eller keramik, fortrinsvis i en mængde på mindst 10 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning, især i en mængde på mindst 20 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning og mere specielt i en mængde på mindst 30 vægt% af den bionedbrydelige sammensætning.
8. Fremstillet genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvori den bionedbrydelige sammensætning omfatter en folie eller et ark, som er blevet lamineret til mindst én side af fiberarket, idet fiberarket består af silkepapir på 19,5-24,4 g/m2 (12-15 lb/3000 ft2), inden det belægges eller imprægneres med den bionedbrydelige sammensætning.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 omfattende: tilvejebringelse af et fiberark bestående af silkepapir med en vægt fra 19,5 til 24,4 g/m2 (12-15 lb/3000 ft2); og belægning eller imprægnering af fiberarket med en bionedbrydelig sammensætning for at gøre fiberarket mere bestandigt over for væsker og give en genstand, der er egnet til anvendelse som levnedsmiddelemballage, idet den termoplastiske bionedbrydelige sammensætning omfatter: mindst én blød termoplastisk bionedbrydelig polymer med en glasovergangstemperatur under -4°C; og mindst én stiv termoplastisk bionedbrydelig polymer med en glasovergangstemperatur på mindst 10°C.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at opvarme den termoplastiske bionedbrydelige sammensætning til dannelse af en termoplastisk smeltemasse, som omfatter en i begyndelsen flydedygtig sammensætning; at påføre den termoplastiske smeltemasse på mindst én side af fiberarket til belægning eller imprægnering af fiberarket; og at lade den termoplastiske smeltemasse hærde.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller 10, ved hvilken den termoplastiske smeltemasse påføres på den mindst ene side af fiberarket under anvendelse af en rakel eller ved påsprøjtning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, ved hvilken den termoplastiske smeltemasse har et smelteflydeindeks på mindst 40 g/10 minutter, fortrinsvis et smelteflydeindeks på mindst 70 g/10 minutter og især et smelteflydeindeks på mindst 100 g/10 minutter.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at opvarme den termoplastiske bionedbrydelige sammensætning til dannelse af en termoplastisk smeltemasse, der omfatter en i begyndelsen flydedygtig sammensætning; at danne et ark eller en folie ud fra den termoplastiske smeltemasse; og at laminere arket eller folien på mindst én side af fiberarket.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, ved hvilken arket eller folien dannes ved mindst én blandt støbning, ekstrusion eller blæsestøbning.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller14, ved hvilken arket eller folien lamineres på fiberarket ved co-ekstrusion.
