技术领域
本发明属于板材制造技术领域,涉及一种绿色节能板材。
本发明还涉及一种绿色板材的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,环境保护问题愈发严重,使环境更适合人类工作和劳动的需要,这就涉及到人们的衣、食、住、行、玩的方方面面,都要符合科学、卫生、健康、绿色的要求,这个层面属于微观的,既要靠公民的自觉行动,又要依靠政府的政策法规作保证,依靠社区的组织教育来引导,要工农兵学商各行各业齐抓共管,才能解决;目前城市发展较快,各地都有修建工程,过程中需要使用大量的板材作为装修,板材笨重,气味大都是需要急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色节能板材,解决了现有板材重量较为沉重和有异味的问题。
本发明还提供了一种绿色节能板材的制备方法。
本发明所采用的第一个技术方案是,一种绿色节能板材,包括基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层;
基板为木粉层,木分层为杨木粉;
粘合层为黄原胶层;
防潮保温层为玻璃棉层和泡沫层;
防火层为RTM树脂层;
保护层为油层,油层为煤焦油层。
本发明第一个技术方案的特点还在于:
其中泡沫层为聚乙烯泡沫塑料泡沫;
其中基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层的厚度分别为10mm、2mm、5mm、3mm、2mm。
本发明的第二个技术方案是,一种绿色节能板材的制备方法,采用上述的一种绿色节能板材,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型;
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。
本发明的第二个技术方案的特点还在于:
其中步骤1中将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为1000~2000r/min,分散时间为10~20min;
其中步骤2中热压过程温度为30~40℃,压力为100~110kg/m2
其中步骤3中二次热压过程温度为20~30℃,压力为150~200kg/m2
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种绿色节能板材,板材层次分明,库有较好的防高温防潮能力,而且采用煤焦油层作为润滑层,增强板材表面的光滑性,而且板材生产无异味也无污染,燃烧后的副产物少,还具有优良的加工性能和表面装饰性能,适用于各种表面处理和机械加工,可广泛代替木质人造板和天然木材的使用。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供了一种绿色节能板材,包括基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层;基板为木粉层,木分层采用杨木粉;粘合层为黄原胶层;防潮保温层为玻璃棉层,保温层中还包括泡沫层,增强保温性能,泡沫层为聚乙烯泡沫塑料泡沫;防火层为RTM树脂层;保护层为油层,油层为煤焦油层;基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层的厚度分别为10mm、2mm、5mm、3mm、2mm。
本发明还提供了一种绿色节能板材的制备方法,采用上述的一种绿色节能板材,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合,将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为1000~2000r/min,分散时间为10~20min;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,热压过程温度为30~40℃,压力为100~110kg/m2,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型,二次热压过程温度为20~30℃,压力为150~200kg/m2
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。
本发明的一种绿色节能板材,包含各种板材需要的性能,而且厚度选择均在10mm范围内,板材轻薄但是由于添加了玻璃棉层使得板材的韧性好,保温防潮层采用泡沫压制来提升保温性能的同时,还减轻板材的重量,而且利用煤焦油作为润滑表面的试剂,无污染,无异味;板材层次分明,库有较好的防高温防潮能力,而且采用煤焦油层作为润滑层,增强板材表面的光滑性,而且板材生产无异味也无污染,燃烧后的副产物少。
实施例1
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合,将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为1000r/min,分散时间为20min;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,热压过程温度为40℃,压力为110kg/m2,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型,二次热压过程温度为30℃,压力为200kg/m2
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。
实施例2
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合,将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为2000r/min,分散时间为20min;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,热压过程温度为40℃,压力为110kg/m2,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型,二次热压过程温度为30℃,压力为200kg/m2
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。
实施例3
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合,将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为1500r/min,分散时间为15min;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,热压过程温度为35℃,压力为100kg/m2,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型,二次热压过程温度为25℃,压力为160kg/m2
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。

1.一种绿色节能板材,其特征在于,包括基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层;
所述基板为木粉层,木分层为杨木粉;
所述粘合层为黄原胶层;
所述防潮保温层为玻璃棉层和泡沫层;
所述防火层为RTM树脂层;
所述保护层为油层,油层为煤焦油层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色节能板材,其特征在于,所述泡沫层为聚乙烯泡沫塑料泡沫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色节能板材,其特征在于,所述基板、粘合层、防潮保温层、防火层和保护层的厚度分别为10mm、2mm、5mm、3mm、2mm。
4.一种绿色节能板材的制备方法,采用权利要求1~3所述的一种绿色节能板材,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,首先将黄原胶与木粉按重量比为1:2称取,搅拌均匀,然后加入玻璃棉,分散混合;
步骤2,将经步骤1混合的原料通过热压,自然冷却形成基板;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的基板表面均匀涂抹黄原胶,然后将泡沫和RTM树脂均匀的铺设在基板表面,然后通过二次热压成型;
步骤4,将步骤3成型后的板材表面涂抹煤焦油,自然冷却后得到绿色环保板材。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种绿色节能板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中将混合后的原料放入分散机中,分散机的转速为1000~2000r/min,分散时间为10~20min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种绿色节能板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中热压过程温度为30~40℃,压力为100~110kg/m2
